Speaker: I'm officially tired of seeing the lame hacky jokes about the dramatics in soccer and the acting of players who flop.
Speaker: I hate flopping too.
Speaker: Besides the occasional ball going out of player injuries, it's constant movement.
Speaker: The average player in an outdoor game runs 12 miles.
Speaker: Follow another highly trained athlete around a field for 90 plus minutes and see how you do.
Speaker: And he may come in cleats up and break your foot, ankle, or leg.
Speaker: It's not three to six second plays at a time like in the NFL and a couple minutes rest for a TV timeout.
Speaker: It ain't snails pace Major League Baseball between pitches.
Speaker: It ain't the flopping capital of all sports, the NBA.
Speaker: American pro soccer players rarely flop.
Speaker: I'm done measuring sports awesomeness by the level of potential injury or death.
Speaker: All sports, especially at the pro level, are hard.
Speaker: Just because it ain't from here and you don't get it doesn't mean it's easy.
Speaker: Besides, the NHRA rules all anyway.
