This week's guest is Estrella Rogers.

This episode is sponsored by my new book "My Dads Advice At 5:04 AM," and you can get it here or here.

Estrella is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Author, Speaker, and Relationship coach who services couples locally and internationally. She earned her master's degree in Social Work from East Carolina University.

Early in her career, Estrella realized that many couples wanted to make their marriage work but were never taught, nor did they have the proper tools. This began her journey to becoming a specialist in the field of couple's work. Estrella is aware that she herself cannot "save a marriage," but it is her goal to ensure that couples have the tools and skills to achieve the relationship they desire.

Wife and mother of two, Estrella recently published her first book "Prayers for My Husband." and is a published writer for "Jacksonville Scene" and "Fearless Life" Magazines. Estrella is also the co-founder and lead facilitator of Aspire Reaching Beyond the Obvious, a non-profit youth mentoring program servicing youth ages 11-18 in Jacksonville NC.
