Speaker: When it comes to the EV hoax, this podcast has repeatedly covered the destruction of the Earth, the slaves, often child slaves, toiling and being abused in places like China, the Congo, and the Middle East, where rare earth minerals exist, the cost of ownership, the lack of charging infrastructure, the ludicrous battery replacement costs, slow charging times, and horrible resale values of EVs. And don't forget about the main reason for their invention, tracking, tracing, and controlling your movement. It literally has zero to do with saving the Earth. More Earth is destroyed making EVs than a lifetime of using gas cars. Yet somehow EVs are still a thing. McKinsey & Company's mobility consumer pulse for 2024 released this month found that 46 % of EV owners in the US said they were very likely to switch back to owning a gas -powered vehicle in their next purchase. It's an electric car and it's very good for the environment.
