Speaker: Hi everyone. My name is Mariah and I am an addict, but I'm also a survivor. I started this podcast because I know when I was in active addiction, I felt hopeless. So I want to bring stories of people that have made it out of addiction. I want to share stories of people who have gone from active addiction to active sobriety and are doing really well. I also want to share stories of people that have lost someone to addiction. And last, I want to share stories of people that are still in active addiction if they're willing to tell their story. So this is a passion project of mine. It's been really important for me to do something like this. I've wanted to give back for a really long time. And now that I've been sober for a good amount of time, it just feels right. So if this is something that you
