I'm going to flip that around. What mistakes do you see leaders make in attempting to build culture or build teams? I really like that too because I think often, especially for younger career people, it can be really intimidating to be in the room or be at the table. And you can feel like you need to have the answers or understand that the technical conversation or discussion. But sometimes what's most valuable is if you can ask valuable questions. You don't have to know all of the answers.
