Welcome Back! After a 6 month hiatus for some self reflection and personal growth, I'm back. Its time for a much needed REFOCUS on how I extend my energy and engage with the world. Welcome Back - Its time for a REFOCUS

A conversation series that provides a safe space for survivors of suicide trauma, to share their stories of grief, loss and survival. This podcast contains adult subject matter and discussions around mental illness, suicide and death, that may be difficult for youth and children to understand without the assistance of someone to help them process. The goal for this platform is to create communities of survivors across the globe that are helping each other across the narratives, creating a process of mutual healing.
