I've got a big old chunk of land under contract right now. That's fantastic. Is it developed? No, I'm starting from scratch. Yeah. i I, looked at, I didn't really like, i just want to do it. It's going be horribly painful and terrible and building. It sounds actually awful, but I'd much rather just start from scratch and just have something done exactly the way i want, even though, yeah I can get something preexisting, but then Everything pre-existing is like, oh, it's already had issues. Like, I just don't want to renovate stuff. I'd rather just, like, build from scratch. So, nine flat acres. I own basically a bunch of grass.

That's fantastic. Yep. it's a field. and It it's ah doesn't have, like... It's not a forest. Extremely expensive grass. No, the way that it's set up is the woods behind it are protected. Mm-hmm. So, which is nice.

There is, like, a one acre a little... up I'll tell you more about it later. But basically... It's the back of it's like super secluded. it next door has, there's actually a church next door to another side of the woods, which is cool.

Lovely. And so it's already got a riding arena and because it used to be part of a bigger farm. So it's like a section of a bigger farm. And then it also comes with the option to eventually buy another section of the farm.

So eventually I can have like 15 acres. That's amazing. How does it feel to finally have your dream come to fruition? Um, actually pretty cool. I think I'm like a little bit in shock. because I didn't think he was going actually accept my offer. And i was like, okay, I, there's no way.

And then he did because he believed in the dream. the amazing um I also just pulled a Rebecca and like went behind my realtors back and saw his phone number. Like it's a long story, but basically I found the owner of the land's phone number, went behind my realtors back, called him instead of like my realtor, just communicate with the other realtor.

And then had like a whole like Rebecca spiel sure about how like, this is my dream. Yeah. My realtor knows that she doesn't care. okay I'm like, that's fine. she't care She doesn't care. She already knows I did this.

This is a leap. this is This is what we call passionately living. Right. Because the whole idea of my practice yeah started from my research and studying passion and how in in college and um my harmonious passion being horses wanting to find ways to integrate that how when we take our passion and we can integrate it into our work how that leads to like the most optimal well-being an individual yeah so for me
