CBS Sports’ Tom Fornelli believes Penn State will hire Matt Rhule but says there are 2 other viable candidates that would be better hires…do you agree?

Fornelli points out that Curt Cignetti should be the top target—and that he’d likely turn it down---and that he does expect Rhule to be the head coach…but points out the same thing all the detractors do on Rhule (2-25 vs. the Top 25)
