Some may call it the Upper Eastside. Some may call it East Harlem. Bliss + Lex call it home. Manhattan’s first Black woman-owned dispensary and a Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) licensee, Bliss + Lex, is smack dab in the middle of everything. 

The store is operated by the husband and wife team, Nicole and Christopher Lucien, and the area inspired everything from the location and name to the store's vibe. 

CashColorCannabis spoke to the two about the store, finding the location, and navigating the CAURD process.
