Nainika Mukherjee has received 18 years of training in Kathak. In 2016, she joined Kathak Kendra in New Delhi and completed her Diploma with Honours, as well as achieved a "Distinction" in her Post Diploma under the able tutelage of the legendary Guru Pt. Rajendra Gangani. Parallel to her dance journey, Nainika is pursuing an M.A. in Psychology, exploring the "Impact of Dance and Movement on Stress and Mental Health" through her dissertation.
