Special guest North Dakota FFA FFA Executive Director, Nikki Fideldy-Doll joins us to share best practices related to creating a successful and complete Program of Activities. During this episode we will discuss the goal-setting process, efficient management of each activity, how to utilize the Divisions (Growing Leaders, Building Communities, and Strengthening Agriculture), and how to ensure activities are successful and address areas of need for your chapter, school, and community. We'll also share great tips for success if your chapter pursues a Superior Chapter or National Chapter Award. 

Chapter Success Starts With POA

Today, more than 150,000 Texas FFA members in nearly 1,200 chapters are engaged in a wide range of agricultural education activities. With so many opportunities available to students, it can be difficult to stay informed. FFA Unraveled is an effort for us to do just that, unravel all of the programs and opportunities offered to Texas FFA members, and break them down in order to enable listeners to better understand and develop an action plan to move forward. Texas FFA remains committed to the individual student, providing a path to achievement in premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education and focused on how to assist teachers in doing so.
