Ramandeep Singh, the founder and managing director, comes from a family that has been involved in the cosmetic industry for over 50 years. With consistent support and guidance from his long-time mentor and father, Mr Charanjit Singh, Ramandeep learned every trade and worked relentlessly to make sure his family business thrived and prospered.

After working in the beauty business for almost 10 years, it didn’t take him long to see the bigger picture. He felt a gaping hole in the way taking care of one’s skin is perceived today. When the focus is solely on the ‘problem’ aspect of the skin and the ‘ingredient’ aspect of products, skincare gets viewed as a miraculous transformation of bad skin into good skin instead of a progressive journey that includes the good, the bad and the in-between.

Always wanting to stay one step ahead, Ramandeep also believes that cosmeceuticals are the future of skincare. Ramandeep has 10 years plus experience in the beauty industry. Worked across all domains of the brand Blue Heaven and executed new strategies which were trend-driven and quality-driven to make it one of India's most accepted beauty brands growing.

He is BSc (Hons) in chemistry and has vast experience across new product developments, market research and strategies in the beauty industry. Extensive experience in production, product quality & packaging.
