Hello and welcome to extra ordinary with me, James Wallis - the podcast that shines a light on ordinary people doing extra ordinary things. In this episode, I sit down with a very old friend of mine Maxwell Fine who tells me about how be became a member of crew for the Netflix series Heartstopper amongst many other things.
We talk about his coming out experience and what being a member of the LGBT community has meant for his personal and professional life.
Maxwell Fine trained at Central Saint Martin’s School of Art before embarking on a decade-long career in Art Direction for TV and Advertising. Over the past decade he has worked on numerous high-profile campaigns with artists such as Ed Sheeran, Eminem and Lady Gaga as well as Scripted projects with Disney and Netflix.
Maxwell Fine Studio was founded with the simple mission of creating loud and proud work that challenges the stigma around LGBTQ+ issues by using positivity, honesty and fabulous design. Fine’s work is printed in London on premium archive quality papers using exclusive colours and hand applied embellishments.
