How do you learn 36 songs...fast?

What have I signed myself up for? This week I'm playing two gigs where I needed to learn over a dozen new songs each. And I had like a month to prepare. I'm a glutton for punishment, so I've done this a few times, so here are my tips on learning songs as quickly as possible.
