Speaker: Wow, God, I thank you that you are our defender.

Speaker: And that your love never runs out.

Speaker: It never runs dry. it is never in short supply.

Speaker: that you are absolutely good.

Speaker: That you only have good, perfect, pleasing plans for your children

Speaker: for the nations, oh God.

Speaker: that you take broken vessels and you do something amazing with us, above and beyond anything we could ever have asked, thought, or imagined.

Speaker: That Jesus in you is the power of life and the power of resurrection To make dead things alive.

Speaker: And old things as good as new.

Speaker: In Jesus' name.

Speaker: God's spoken to me quite a bit over the last few weeks. He's he's had a lot of things, but I'm just going to share a few of them.

Speaker: On the 16th of July,

Speaker: and spoke to me in a dream and he said, he is in favor of every single one of you.

Speaker: And I saw a bright summer's sun shining down upon you.

Speaker: Malachi, the last book in the Old Testament, Chapter four, verse two says that Jesus is the son of righteousness, who shines upon his people with healing for the soul and the body in his wings and his light beams.

Speaker: Because you have found favor with the Lord. Healing is your portion.

Speaker: Healing for the soul, which is excellence of soul. When someone says, how are you? You don't say, okay, grand, fine. Actually, you know, under the circumstances, you're over the circumstances.

Speaker: And you say, great, always great. Blessed and highly favored. Excellence of soul, healing power.

Speaker: on the 14th of this month,

Speaker: but in case you're watching this in the future, it's August 2026. had a dream. it was like a silo.

Speaker: A large, gray, dark, subterranean room

Speaker: Two or three men brought a corpse down there and they threw it into water at the bottom of the silo.

Speaker: The lead guy ended up in the water, but he got out of it again.

Speaker: what the Lord told me is he is going to reveal a deep, dark secret that almost swallowed up one of the sinful participants already. I got a very strong sense that this is governmental.

Speaker: and is do It is due to politicians in the land of Ireland who are trafficking in death. And it's a silo. The threat is underground.

Speaker: Subterranean subterfuge. The whole thing was a plan against people, the plan against the nation. Either They have taken lives, or they're going to in this particular instance.

Speaker: But the Lord's gonna... What they buried underground it's coming up. What they tried to suppress is gonna spring to the surface.

Speaker: I've had several dreams about our upcoming Women's Radiant Conference um on the 15th of September, an all-day conference, and it's going to be phenomenal.

Speaker: The Lord has shown me that the women who go there will be touched by the Lord himself, and it's going to change the trajectory of their lives and, by extension, the nations.

Speaker: I see a whole host of women lying on the ground from one side of the room to the next, touched by Holy Spirit as he does work only he can do.

Speaker: Not work manufactured by those in OHM, not work manufactured by those of us well-versed in deliverance ministry, as I do things only he can do.

Speaker: Reach into areas of your heart only you can reach into and do a deep, deep personal work, the likes of which no human will be able to take credit for.

Speaker: On the 18th of August,

Speaker: I saw myself walking through the streets of RD,

Speaker: but I knew it was representative of the Joshua generation, not just me. But as I walked, new portals were opening up to other parts of the town that exist in real life or don't in real life.

Speaker: And it's God saying, there'll be an expansion of God's territory in our deep. And even those of you joining in other parts of the country and beyond, hence the portals.

Speaker: It's gonna extend to your territory, your terrain, your domain as well.

Speaker: And Tuesday just gone.

Speaker: I saw the Lord do deliverance on a woman. There was a black spike in her. When that black spike got torn out, a stampede of rhinos and triceptoris dinosaurs fled through her.

Speaker: And again, the Lord very much has women on his mind at the moment.

Speaker: whether this is for one woman or women more generally,

Speaker: he's going to pull out a spike, a thorn in her side, if you will. It wasn't in her side, the dream was a more intimate area. um But something personal.

Speaker: Something painstaking. Something deeply embedded. He's going to remove it. And the fact that dinosaurs are running out of it,

Speaker: old, ancient demons who've been there for a very long time are going to flee. they're going to be exposed. Healing's going to come.

Speaker: And her land will be inhospitable for them. Maximum deliverance is coming her way.

Speaker: that resonates with you, name it and claim it. I believe it's for more than just one woman.

Speaker: That same day he showed me different colors, dark blue, green, magenta, white and black, just in streaks of color.

Speaker: The blue represents communion,

Speaker: healing and revelation.

Speaker: Communion as in fellowship and communion as in the bread and the wine. Healing for the soul and the body.

Speaker: And him revealing amazing things, the likes of which you couldn't otherwise begin to understand.

Speaker: Think of when you look at the sky you say, wow, it's a crystal clear blue sky. Not a cloud in sight, no haziness. Nothing blocking your vision.

Speaker: The green represents prosperity. Amen. Conscience and healing.

Speaker: God's going to start speaking to your conscience, pricking your conscience. Telling you yes is yes and no is no. And he shoots straight. He speaks directly.

Speaker: As you walk in step with him, healing will come.

Speaker: And as your soul prospers, your physical health will prosper and everything in your life will prosper.

Speaker: The magenta represents emotions. God's gonna start speaking to some of you about your emotions, your fifis, your feelings.

Speaker: and bringing them into alignment with his own. Because God has feelings. And he's very interested in yours.

Speaker: White is for holiness and righteousness. He's gonna bring all these areas of your life into alignment with his own holiness and his righteousness, his goodness, his absolute goodness.

Speaker: And the black represents the sin in the soul, the flesh, the old man, the old woman, the old you, who is at war daily, second by second, maybe even as you're hearing this,

Speaker: with the living Holy Spirit inside of you.

Speaker: He's going to start addressing sin issues so that all the above and transpire and occur.

Speaker: Another one for God's daughters. This was yesterday.

Speaker: I saw God's daughters dressed as superheroines, superheroes, with fire shooting from their eyes, and they were dressed in pink.

Speaker: Pink is a Childlike color. Think of Smith's Toy Store, the girls' section.

Speaker: As God's daughters walk in their identity as daughters of God, not thinking that they have to work to get good with him, not thinking that they have to slave away to get his approval, as God's daughters know that they know that they know that they are his because of the blood of Jesus in them.

Speaker: There'll be superheroes fighting evil, dismantling the works of the devil, doing the work of Jesus on the earth, helping set people free.

Speaker: And the fire in their eyes, the seer gift.

Speaker: He's going to give them the gift of prophetic vision and use that gift to enable them to do spiritual warfare, powerfully and effectively.

Speaker: But they'll be unstoppable.

Speaker: And this morning, he showed me a massive table. And on that table were different towers, conical, cone-shaped, and ziggurats, stepping stone pyramids, all around this massive table.

Speaker: It had many towers. One was exposed or compromised, and the others were all alerted.

Speaker: That was to do with the interconnected nature of the one world government. BlackRock. George Soros, whose name is very similar to Soros, because he makes people very unhappy when he financially supports evil.

Speaker: Although he's gonna die soon, so wouldn't shed too many tears.

Speaker: The European Union.

Speaker: The United Nations.

Speaker: The World Health Organization. The World Economic Forum. Are there more? Yeah, they're some of the biggest ones. All interconnected.

Speaker: all singing from the same hymn sheet, all informing the decisions of each other to do whatever they can steal, kill, and destroy the nations.

Speaker: But one of them got exposed and compromised, and they've all been exposed to a certain extent, they're still standing for now.

Speaker: But the others were on high alert. They saw this as an emergency. So one of them is going to, if not collapse entirely, suffer a big defeat or exposure or scandal.

Speaker: It's going to cause panic in the others, it cause panic in the enemy's camp.

Speaker: But we declare, oh God, that there's one kingdom that stands, that's the kingdom of heaven that you're building on the earth. the church, the body of Christ.

Speaker: That this world will be peripheral to the body of Christ. And that none of these temple towers to Satan will stand.

Speaker: That they all come tumbling down in our time before our very eyes. And the plan that they have to steal all the nations by 2030 will be the most defeated plan anyone has ever conceived since Adam and Eve first ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Speaker: Amen. I've got more to share in the One World Government, but I'm to say it that for next week.

Speaker: Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. All right, guys Wonderful. See you all today. Thank you so much. Thank you.

Speaker: and ah meant to share some of these words before, but this morning I just felt very impressed not to let another Sunday go by without doing it. and

Speaker: So God is, our God it is a God who lives and who speaks. And when Joseph in Genesis, not Jesus' stepfather, Joseph in Genesis, was sent to Egypt and he interpreted the dreams for Pharaoh, he was given a name, Zaphonet Paneah.

Speaker: And that name means God lives and God speaks. He's always speaking. i But do we perceive it?

Speaker: Have we positioned ourselves to hear what he's saying? Do we believe him when he speaks? Hello. And when we speak his word back into the atmosphere, and i do believe truth has a substance in the spirit realm.

Speaker: And truth shakes things. in the spirit realm. Truth is like a brick, a block, a building block in the spirit realm. Truth is a wrecking ball, Miley Cyrus style, only holier, in the spirit realm.

Speaker: And as we hear the word, we release the word, and we activate it by faith, and we will see the goodness of God in the lands of the living.

Speaker: Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. And I know someone who has seen the goodness of God this week has been Deirdre. She'd like to share a testimony with us. Are you free to unmute Deirdre? Yeah.

Speaker: Go for it. Which one, Brendan? Whatever is on your heart. Yeah, well, I went for my procedure the other day, as you all know, and I was so nervous and so scared. And and

Speaker: i yeah went into the theatre and I actually could feel the Holy Spirit and I could feel all your prayers and when I was lying on the bed because and I just lay there calmly.

Speaker: and um it was lovely it was a lovely feeling because i was absolutely so so scared and because it was very invasive the procedure so i'm claiming that but you the word god gave you brandon <unk> also um two sundays ago when you had your wooden spoon out brandon After worship, I had a text message from a family member.

Speaker: And a three days previous to that, they were after screaming abuse and using bad language at me down the phone. So half of me.

Speaker: The enemy was telling me, yeah, give in. And God was saying, no, don't you stand your ground. You stand your ground on this one. Now enough is enough. And when no means no, no means no. When yes means yes, yes means yes.

Speaker: So I took the authority of a child God and I used my authority of Christ. And I said, no. And I continued saying no throughout the whole conversation.

Speaker: and And they said to me, well, I won't speak to you anymore. And I said, that's fine. That doesn't bother me. I'm happy with enough with that. ah I hope you find a job. The best of luck and goodbye.

Speaker: So I was very proud of myself. It was very hard to do. and and But I took authority, Brendan, because I'm not being walked on anymore. I'm not letting history repeat itself through another generation.

Speaker: No way. Absolutely no way. So and I'm very comfortable with the decision that God gave me and the answers that God gave me.

Speaker: And I don't feel guilty and I don't feel bad either.

Speaker: And regards to the conscience dream that God gave you, I can kind of relate to that here because i was in work on Friday. I was finished at six.

Speaker: and And yesterday we were down to four staff. And I wanted to ring in sick and my conscience wouldn't let me. The Lord wouldn't let me.

Speaker: and and And I genuinely wasn't able, Brendan, to be there, to be honest, because I was still in quite a lot of discomfort. for and And the Lord kept saying, no, Deirdre, them men need you. You have to go into work.

Speaker: We ended up getting an extra staff and I got away at six o'clock. So I was so grateful for that. So the Lord, I'm so grateful for the conscience that he has given me because if that had been back in the day, I wouldn't have said, I really don't care. I'm not going in, that's it.

Speaker: yeah ah yeah I have a conscience and my conscience wouldn't let me do it. As much as I genuinely physically knew my body was enabled, Brendan, my conscience, would not allow me to it. yeah And I'm grateful for that.

Speaker: Amen. Amen. Thank you, Deirdre. Brilliant. Brilliant. Amen. And the funny thing is, that went I'm just going to call it the wooden spoon sermon.

Speaker: I genuinely have not planned that. But just as the worship was ending and the teaching was just about to begin,

Speaker: Holy Spirit just gave me this idea. Go get the wooden spoon. I said, God, this is going to look ridiculous. But I did it anyway.

Speaker: And yeah, as soon as are service ended, know you got that. Horrid, horrible message. and But just like the wise is woman in that story, Joab was pushing against the wall Joab who had murdered someone earlier in that chapter.

Speaker: Joab who was causing drama, was going to destroy a city to kill one man. And that woman said, no. I will deal with the problem in my city.

Speaker: But we are the peaceful. We are the faithful. We are mothers. You don't bring your drama behind my walls. a Amen. bring You don't bring your drama, your stuff, your dirt, your nonsense into my home. Not happening.

Speaker: Yeah. and And she is the hero of that chapter. It's not the men with the muscles and the battering ram, the the sword, and the shield, the foes.

Speaker: It's her. It's the woman who said no. It's the woman who said My life, my problem, I'm to it, going to deal with it. She's the hero of that story. And you taking authority, your God-given authority that situation...

Speaker: Look out and back to Jim. Look out the stage. Well done. Yeah. Like you said, Brendan, like feeling I needed to defend myself for something I i've met i didn't do and getting blamed for other situations that I didn't do and me feeling the need to defend myself.

Speaker: And I just said, I'm done. No more. That's it. Well done. Good for you. Thank you. And then

Speaker: <unk>

Speaker: Alright guys, we have some very exciting things on the horizon. And this Wednesday, Wednesday the 26th, we are going to do Soaking Worship.

Speaker: It's going to be on Zoom. going to start at 7.30 and go on until 9.30.

Speaker: For those of you who don't know what Soaking Worship is... It's like worship we do on Sunday, but it's extended.

Speaker: At 7.30, I'm going to give a short teaching. Well, I say short, you know, five minutes. It tends to go on, right, 30 minutes. It will last as long as it lasts.

Speaker: And the whole thing is built on a foundation of Psalm 23. The Lord is my shepherd. I lack nothing.

Speaker: He makes me lie down in green pastures beside the still waters. and he was umquis my still snow Almost no one, possibly no one that I've ever met actually knows what that verse means.

Speaker: He restores my soul. When people hear he restores my soul, they think, He makes me feel better. He makes me feel nice. He gives me nice fifis.

Speaker: That's all great. If you feel nice today, have a happy Sunday. That's not what it means. It is so much deeper.

Speaker: So much more powerful. It is destructive and restorative. he is mind-blowingly good. So I'm start off with a short teaching on what that verse actually means.

Speaker: And then we're gonna do it. You don't have to lie on the grass beside a river. That's not necessary. If you want to, you can, it's not necessary.

Speaker: But basically you're gonna sit on your favorite armchair. You're gonna lie down on a couch. You can fall asleep in your bed. I don't care. God can speak in dreams. That's fine.

Speaker: But it will be two hours of just entering the Lord's rest. Just letting him minister to you in that place of worship.

Speaker: Letting him speak to you. Letting him heal your soul. Letting him heal your body. Letting him deliver you. I have seen it all.

Speaker: but And it's very hands off. I will not be on Zoom saying, I rebuke you in the name of shit. It's not happening. It will just be worship.

Speaker: And we will let scripture through song do the work. Because... I believe in prayer. I believe in deliverance.

Speaker: I believe in the laying on of hands. I also believe if no human existed, God would be just as powerful by himself.

Speaker: <unk> And that's what we're going to do. We're going to make that space. So at 7.30, will begin... i will begin The short teaching part, and it will be short.

Speaker: swear to like I make it. And then just soak in worship, where you just get comfy, you just get comfortable, and you let the Lord do what it's gonna do. I would like to thank Naomi for this in particular, because she put fire under my feet yesterday saying, Brendan, you said this was happening and you never gave a date. So, down that 20 points. I didn't even, I was just, I was so afraid that I had missed. I said, I was i kept scrolling up and down the WhatsApp, like, where's the link? Where's the date? So I can remember.

Speaker: Well, you're welcome. i didn't even know. thought I was being polite, actually. Yeah. that okay um If you don't ask, you don't receive, right? Amen, amen. Looking forward to it.

Speaker: Amen. So that's happening on Wednesday. And and then on Saturday, sorry, i said the 15th earlier, Saturday the 19th of September, um we have our Radiant Women's Conference. And like I said, God's been speaking to me so much about what's going to happen. It's going to be fabulous. That is all day. um At the Gateway Hotel, Dundalk, obviously in Ireland. And when you're watching this online later on, the link will be in the description box below.

Speaker: On the 2nd to 3rd of October this year, going to be for two days, we have Regent Women's Conference in Greenhide, Kent, England, the UK.

Speaker: We did it for two days last time in the UK. We're to do it two days again. so it'll be an evening, ah Friday evening, and all day Saturday.

Speaker: And we basically have one thing a month. On a Saturday, 7th of November, we have our next Irish revival in the Gateway Hotel, which will be open to everybody. So we had the men's retreat couple months ago.

Speaker: We've got the ladies in just a few weeks. And then November, we bring everyone back together again. So and currently the Eventbrite link for the Irish Radiant Women's Conference is up. So ladies, please do book your tickets as quickly as you can. The more you click on the link and the faster you do it, the higher up in the algorithm it will go. then.

Speaker: I don't be able to do anything like that or no card thing like that. So can I pay the door? 100%. Absolutely. I think I've asked you this before and you say I could turn up and just, you know.

Speaker: Yeah. No, 100%. I know not everyone's. Yeah. i'm Not tech. That's okay. Yeah. Not technology. Still dealer cash. Thank you. 100%. No, but listen from Andy, for every event we've done, we've always had people just rock up on the door because some people,

Speaker: genuinely only find out these things are happening 30 minutes before they begin or two hours after they have begun so we're not going to disqualify people from what gods are doing not a chance okay okay yeah that's brilliant thanks awesome and then we have a bonus event in september it's not one we are directly affiliated with but i do encourage you to go and support it i will be there And on the 26th, so the weekend after our Radiant conference, we have the March for Jesus in Dublin. Which is going to be absolutely brilliant. It always is. Deirdre and went up together from R.E.D. on the bus last year.

Speaker: and So for those of you who don't particularly fancy driving, and either... get a train if it's handy, or come to our ID and we'll go down together on and either by one car or the bus, whatever is the handiest option, okay?

Speaker: and I think personally the bus would be the best. All right. Any comments, queries, questions, observations on any of that?

Speaker: Are we all good? All good. Thank you. is' Lovely. just want to share something about something else, Brendan, before you start, if that's okay. Absolutely, go for it.

Speaker: Sorry, man, let me put on the camera so you can see. and That's a book I got recently. I put it in the chat where you can get it.

Speaker: And it has everything that is sent to me. God.

Speaker: I've heard of my life, I mean recently it all comes in the right time. And then it's very, very, you know, can you hear me? Yeah, it's better now. Yeah, it was a bit phony for a couple of seconds, but you're a good now.

Speaker: Sorry, I'm in Donegal and I'm working off the 3G Wi-Fi. So and did you get that link in the description? Yeah, yeah, yeah. We can see it. Yeah, in the drop box. Yeah, perfect. Okay.

Speaker: That's a book I got recently of a lady who is a true, true Christian and she has done many, many powerful things in her life. She's a cancer survivor and... then like this book, I'm only by halfway through or even a third way through and it is extremely powerful. And the link is in the description there for you to get it. And as I said, like everything that has come to me, it just came to me at the right time.

Speaker: And she goes through a lot of the book. Now I haven't read it all, but as I said, the first tour that I've read is extremely powerful and she works on the the conscious and subconscious part of a human being.

Speaker: And, you know, It's very, very relevant because, you know, Deirdre spoke about her conscious level is there you know, she was talking about what was happening in the here and now, what you have in your subconscious, other things running through the background that has come into play since you were a child.

Speaker: So that lady goes through that and she tells you how to, and you know, walk around it and bring in the power of God through that. And she has done so many things in her life.

Speaker: I highly recommend people to get the book The only downside is that she only ships to the US, but with on post address pal, you can use their facility and they will give you a US address and you can get it through them.

Speaker: um And it costs a little bit more, but it's an amazing book, you know. And she goes through so, so many things. And like literally, and that a lady who spoke about having cancer herself and, you know, like it's obviously affects all of us in so many ways. My mom, God bless her and everything.

Speaker: She had it in a private area and she just woke up one morning with the power of God. fell out. Amen. Right. Amen.

Speaker: And she went into the doctor. She went into the doctor and the doctor says, well, you're bringing with you so we can put samples or test samples and get rid of it. And she got an MRI scan or whatever immediately done and was just gone. Everything was gone through the power of God. Now, she has used that through many, many things in her life, and even through her finances. You know, there's a lot of, you know, fos I guess you could say false teachings out there, even amongst the Christian community that I see, even one of the scriptures where Jesus mentions, like, it's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get into heaven.

Speaker: Like, that that is not... And she even goes through that in the book. And, like, you know, there's a lot of fear-based... you know, mentality through that where Christians believe, oh, I shouldn't be, you know, i shouldn't be wealthy or I shouldn't be abundant. Oh, we're looking at that today. Yeah. Yeah. Jesus wasn't talking about it. He was talking about the greedy rich man, you know, like there's nothing wrong with having an abundance in your life if you're using it for the right reasons.

Speaker: And that led through that book as well. And she has accomplished so much in her life, including cancer, including everything. Like i have read so many self-development health books over the last decade or more.

Speaker: Yeah. And the problem is most of them are based on new age nonsense, you know, where that should be the best selling book. That should be the best selling book in the world. And it's not because it comes from Christ, you know, unfortunately we still don't live in the world. oh ah Like she is a true lady of Christ. If you, she's like, when you go onto that link, you will see her and she is on YouTube. So you can look over her videos and stuff like that. So I just wanted to share that. And I'm going to share it with the guys on Tuesday night as well.

Speaker: Like, I like, you know, it's it's an amazing, amazing book. And as I said, and she goes through a lot in it. And I'm only a third of the way through and I can't put it down. So and definitely if you can get it it, will cost a little bit more.

Speaker: Address Palace is the only way to get it into Ireland. But you can get, like, for the world, there's a way. So if definitely, definitely get it, guys, if you can, because then it's extremely powerful, and it's changing my life, even as we speak. So, and yeah, it's in the description. Just thought I'd share.

Speaker: Thank you so much, Steve. I love to hear God's people prospering. Because actually, i was talking to someone recently who, yeah, similarly...

Speaker: would have had this idea, oh you know, I don't need enough to, you know, say I'm rich or to prosper. I just need enough to get by. I just need to be small just to be content. I just need enough.

Speaker: And I just gently challenged him and said, you do know that it's God's will for you to prosper. And he's like, you're such a Joel Osteen, Brendan. Oh,

Speaker: I know Joel Osteen's name. I genuinely don't know anything about the man. I've never heard a single one of his sermons. I just knew that I was being insulted. i knew it wasn't a compliment.

Speaker: And I just said, if you were to go through the whole Bible with a pair scissors and cut out all the verses on prosperity, cut out all the verses on abundance, cut out all the verses on having lots of money, your gold, you would have an unreadable Bible.

Speaker: You would not be able to read it. Should money be our number one aim in the world? No. Is money really important to God?

Speaker: Well, put it this way.

Speaker: Jesus rarely, contrary to popular opinion, rarely spoke about heaven, the world of heaven, The number one thing he spoke about was money.

Speaker: Because he knows it impacts every day of your life on Earth. So it is not his will that struggle.

Speaker: It's not his will that the wealth of the wicked go towards human trafficking. LGBTQ causes.

Speaker: abortion, the war machine, the propaganda machine telling us how we would all be better off living under a communist regime. The wealth of the wicked is stored up for the just.

Speaker: The wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous. And Christians have been tricked into thinking that the wealth of the world has been stored up for the wicked.

Speaker: But it's fine, you'll be rich in heaven when you die and don't need money. Nonsense, absolute nonsense. And today we are going to look at what happens when the righteous have the wealth. That's actually our Bible story today.

Speaker: So that's a nice segue.

Speaker: Yeah, yeah it's a it's all fear-based, Brendan, you know? and then Again, that lady goes through that in her book. it's it's It's an amazing book and I'm only a third of the way through.

Speaker: So if you can get it, and definitely get it, man. Thanks, Steve. That's awesome. No worries. No worries. All right. Well, since you used the word bestselling a few moments ago, let's turn to the number one bestselling book in the world.

Speaker: The most loved and most hated book simultaneously. The word of God. um Everybody, you please open up. First Chronicles 22.

Speaker: First Chronicles 22. This is after over year. chronicles twenty two

Speaker: this is after over one year Our second last teaching on the life of David. and We're going to look at it today, obviously. and we're going to look at the end of his life this day next week. Which feels very hard to believe, given that we have been following David since June last year.

Speaker: a And then we're going to do a bonus teaching on prophetic narratives. Because God told me to teach life the life of David. I did not know why, but I've done it obediently.

Speaker: There are a lot of things in David's life that are repeating in the world today. Not just in Ireland, all across the world. And and after we finish David's story, so in two weeks, we're going to look at and the prophetic narratives, the things in David's life happening today.

Speaker: Um, then there are one or two things Garland's speaking to me about. i discussed one at Mandy a week or two ago called The Great Christian Grift.

Speaker: And that's one that we're probably going to look at very soon as well, coupled with discernment. And by The Great Christian Grift, I mean mostly leftist,

Speaker: mostly leftist communist, socialist, progressive, regressive forces in the world know their time is short.

Speaker: They're arrogant enough to believe that by 2030, we working class will have nothing and be happy. Some of them know that the resistance is very great.

Speaker: They know that God has a revival scheduled. and They know that there is pushback against their one world order. And rather than let everything they've worked for collapse,

Speaker: some of them have begun becoming wolves in sheep's clothing. Some of them have begun to infiltrate the body of Christ.

Speaker: And the collapse of the one world government does not just mean one thing fold and we all live happily after until the rapture. Already the enemy is creating more and more Christian cults.

Speaker: Putting more and more evil people in positions of leadership in the body of Christ. So that when the one world government collapses, they're The body of Christ will be hijacked by the devil himself.

Speaker: I'm calling it the great Christian grift. A grift is when you pretend to be on someone's side, but you aren't. So that's another teach-em that we're going to do very soon.

Speaker: Looking at, and I don't normally do, you're a false teacher, false prophet, false prophet. You have to be very careful about this nonsense. But there are times you have to speak.

Speaker: And very, very soon, that will be a teaching we do. The Great Christian Grift. Who are the fake Christians on the earth today who have already convinced thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions of people to believe them?

Speaker: We're going to at that. It's very important that we have discernment to know who to trust and who not to trust. And also in September, We're going to have our second question and answers episode.

Speaker: um The first one we did is probably the most watched video I have online. 1.7 thousand people have listened to it. It really, really interested people. They were so excited. So I've already been sent super special, awesome, amazing questions and by Carolina and by Steve.

Speaker: So the rest of you, if you have any Bible questions, send them to me and I'll include them in the next video as well. The next questions and answers video. It's going brilliant.

Speaker: But for today, First Chronicles chapter 22. twenty two

Speaker: Verse one picks up immediately where we finished last week. Last week, David woke up one morning. The devil said, go to war, make a census, count your army, go to war. David said, okay.

Speaker: And then Jesus declared judgment on the nation. Verse one then David said, the house of the Lord God is to be here.

Speaker: That's a geographical location. And also the altar burnt offering for Israel. Oh, where is he Where is he?

Speaker: He's at the threshing floor of Arona. um This was where Jesus was over the threshing floor in the sky between heaven and earth.

Speaker: David said, I'm sorry. Built an altar, sacrificed grain and animals to Jesus. And Jesus said, okay, I'm not going kill you anymore. We're fine. We're good. We're friends again.

Speaker: Verse two. So David gave orders. to assemble the foreigners residing in Israel. And from among them, he appointed stone cutters to prepare dressed stone for building the house of God.

Speaker: He provided a large amount of iron to make nails for the doors of the gateways and for the fittings and more bronze than could be counted.

Speaker: He also provided more cedar logs than could be counted. For the Sidonians and Tyrians had brought large numbers of them to David.

Speaker: The Lord has just shown me something I've never seen before. Verse three. Nails. Door. Gateway.

Speaker: Jesus is the door from death to life. The gate from heaven to earth. Hell.

Speaker: Through the nails in his hands. That picture right there of the nails, the door, the gateway, that is a picture of Jesus.

Speaker: Verse five. David said, my son Solomon.

Speaker: Solomon is not a word you hear too often anymore as far as names go. In Hebrew, Solomon is related to the word shalom.

Speaker: Shalom means peace. Peace with God, peace in yourself, peace with others. So Solomon is peace. unity, oneness.

Speaker: David said, my son Solomon is young and inexperienced, and the house to be built for the Lord should be one of great magnificence and fame and splendor in the sight of all the nations.

Speaker: Therefore, i will make preparations for it. So David made extensive preparations before his death. So he's still in Mount Moriah at the threshing floor Arana. So the judgment has just ended.

Speaker: David says, we need to build something here. Not just an altar. We need to build house, a temple, a palace for God.

Speaker: He knows his son Solomon is going to become the king. Who is Solomon? Well, remember... David committed adultery with Bathsheba, yeah?

Speaker: Bathsheba got pregnant and the child died. She got pregnant again that child is Solomon. So Solomon is the son born to David and Uriah's wife, the woman David stole, if you will.

Speaker: But David wants this to be a building of great magnificence, fame, and splendor. He wants it to be the most famous, phenomenal building on planet Earth that all the nations around will know.

Speaker: Wow. There is no God like the God in Israel. Yahweh. Jehovah. Jehovah Jireh, my provider. Jehovah Shalom, God's my peace. That this God the best God there is. That's what David wants.

Speaker: But Solomon's young. Solomon's inexperienced. He doesn't really know how to do this. He wouldn't be able to organize all these people.

Speaker: So David says, I'll do it.

Speaker: Verse six.

Speaker: Then he called for his son Solomon and charged him to build a house for the Lord, the God of Israel.

Speaker: David said to Solomon, My son, i had it in my heart to build a house for the name of the Lord my God.

Speaker: That's God's name here. Imagine being so amazing that your name is the name. That's his name. God's name is the name. The name of the Lord, my God.

Speaker: But this war Lord came to me because God knows what you're thinking. God knows what's in your heart. God knows what you're passionate about. So for years and years, David was like, I want to build a palace for God. I want to build a building and a gold for God.

Speaker: And the Lord spoke to him. This is what the Lord said.

Speaker: You have shed much blood and have fought many wars.

Speaker: You are not to build a house for my name.

Speaker: And just in case he didn't hear the first time, God will repeat himself. Because you have shed much blood on the earth in my sight.

Speaker: Okay, David murdered Uriah. That was terrible. It was murder, but it was one time. Most of the time you see David shedding blood, he's a warrior.

Speaker: he's It's his job, he's a king. Defending his country, it's his job. God's not saying, murderer, scumbag, filth, disgrace, king of slime, he's not.

Speaker: David had a job. He was a warrior king.

Speaker: But God has a different plan for Solomon. A different legacy for Solomon.

Speaker: And so often we can get, even as Christians, hello, we can get competitive with other people's lane, other people's ministry, how God uses other people.

Speaker: If I had that YouTuber's platform, oh, I'd make lots of more money. Oh, if I had that congregation, I wouldn't be teaching that nonsense. I'd be teaching spiritual warfare.

Speaker: If I were on TV, er if I ran the country, if I were in government, I would do this. If God wants you in those positions, you pray, obey, he'll make it happen.

Speaker: But God has a different job for his different children as well. God does not need everyone to be a pastor.

Speaker: He doesn't. Who would be the evangelists?

Speaker: God does not need everyone operating in the gift of supernatural healing. Or the laying on of hands, boof, your shadow falls on someone. Miraculous, miraculous.

Speaker: Who then would prophesy? God does not need every Christian or sitting at home speaking in tongues all day who would actually be the teacher who opens the Bible and says, okay, well, this is this, this is this, and makes it simple, makes it easy for everyone.

Speaker: If all the believers were evangelists out in the streets, who would have the gift of administration? Who would be in an organizational capacity? God has different gifts for different people.

Speaker: Different strokes for different folks. And you need to stay in your lane. If God wants to use you in a certain way, it's okay if he uses someone else in a different way.

Speaker: And that's another vision God gave me on Tuesday this week. I saw a foot and then I saw a hand.

Speaker: And I thought, okay, God, this is a bit strange. What's going on here? Well, the thumb... is the longest finger you have. It goes from the tip to the wrist. That's your thumb.

Speaker: That is the apostle. The one who teaches, preaches, gets revelation from God, prophesies, works miracles, lays the foundation of the faith.

Speaker: The index finger is the prophet. The one who points the way. God hates this. You go there. You back off. Politicians stop doing evil.

Speaker: God's calling you to be president. You're going die soon. Sorry, not sorry.

Speaker: The evangelist is the middle finger. Not the naughty finger, the middle finger. The evangelist connects heaven to earth and earth to heaven.

Speaker: The evangelist reaches the lost brings them to Jesus.

Speaker: The ring finger. They're your pastors. Married to the church. Married to the people of God. Committed.

Speaker: And the pinky finger. These the ones nobody likes. The teachers. Sticklers for truth and integrity. teachers are the ones who say there's a difference between the bride of Christ and the body of Christ.

Speaker: The teachers the ones who say there's a difference between the gospel of the kingdom and the gospel of grace. The teachers, clear out your spiritual earwax.

Speaker: The five-fold ministry, the apostle, the prophet, the pointing prophet, the evangelist,

Speaker: pastor and the teacher. her God has a different job for everyone, different responsibility for everyone, different tasks, different commissions for everyone, different job descriptions for everyone.

Speaker: And they're all valid, but they're all different. start verse eight again.

Speaker: But this word of the Lord came to me. You have shed much blood and have fought many wars. It's not a criticism, it's just a fact.

Speaker: You are not to build the house for my name because you have shed much blood on the earth and in my sight. But you will have a son who will be a man of peace and rest.

Speaker: Hmm, who could that be? Oh yeah, the son, his name means peace. Solomon. And I will give him rest from all his enemies on every side.

Speaker: Wow, big difference from David's life. His name will be Solomon. Peace. Rest.

Speaker: And I will grant Israel peace and quiet during his reign. That's ah an expression and you hear a lot of people say, I just want some peace and quiet. They don't know it's biblical.

Speaker: He is the one who will build a house for my name. again He will be my son and I'll be his father. her And i will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.

Speaker: Hmm. Circle the word forever and draw a question mark. but but Because there is no king in Israel today, so something obviously went wrong. we'll circle forever draw a question mark.

Speaker: but God's prophecies are always good. God's word is always good. But... Almost always.

Speaker: Not always. Almost always. There is a stipulation. There is a but. An An if. The claws, the fine print.

Speaker: We'll come that moment.

Speaker: Verses 11 to 13. Take out your highlighters and highlight verses 11 to 13. Claim this over yourselves.

Speaker: Now, my son, my daughter, the Lord be with you. And may you have success and build the house of the Lord your God, as he said you would.

Speaker: May the Lord give you discretion and understanding when he puts you in command over Israel, that you may keep the law of the Lord your God.

Speaker: Then you will have success if, the circle if,

Speaker: You are careful to observe the decrees and laws the Lord gave Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged.

Speaker: I love how God gives those two at the end together. Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid and discouraged. He tells you what to do. He tells you what not to do. with the same thing. He just says it twice.

Speaker: Alright, verse 14. Let's talk about money. This is David speaking now. I have taken great pains to provide for the temple of the Lord.

Speaker: So this is David saying, this was my dream. This was my lifelong dream. This was my heart.

Speaker: This was my intention.

Speaker: This is why I did everything I did.

Speaker: And God is giving it to my son.

Speaker: Perhaps you've had a situation like that in your life, or else you're going to, where you wanted to release something in your heart so much, and God said no You wanted to do something so much and God's like, nah, it's for someone else. na I've got someone else lined up.

Speaker: Nope, not you.

Speaker: You have two options. You can sabotage the plan for the next person.

Speaker: David could have gotten all of his men together. Hey, look at that rat, Solomon, my son. Oh, he's so annoying. Oh my goodness. He's my least favorite child.

Speaker: Don't do anything, he says. You know what? Don't work weekend. Refuse to work weekends. If you're not in the roster and someone calls in sick, refuse to go. You know what? Take one day's off. Just have yourself a long weekend.

Speaker: And don't forget, you know, Shabbat Shalom, you know, chill out on a Saturday, don't do anything on Saturday. He could have sabotaged Solomon. You can set someone up to fail.

Speaker: Or you can set someone up to win.

Speaker: Set someone up to succeed.

Speaker: That's what he did. The second one.

Speaker: Verse 14, I have taken great pains to provide. And when he says great pains, he doesn't mean, ah I went that one night's sleep.

Speaker: Wait till you look at these financial figures. This a massive sacrifice. I have taken great pains to provide for the temple of the Lord. A hundred thousand talents of gold.

Speaker: Does that mean anything to us today? no What is 100,000 talents of gold? Get your pens ready, Andrew.

Speaker: Your sheets of paper.

Speaker: In today's money, statisticians disagree, but i'm going to go with the upper estimate. That is 433 billion euros. and thirty three billion euros

Speaker: i I'm investing 433 billion euros in gold in this building project.

Speaker: That to me is not...

Speaker: A million talents of silver.

Speaker: ah million talents of silver in today's money. is as much as 65 billion euros worth of silver.

Speaker: Quantities of bronze and iron too great to be weighed. So much they broke the weighing scales. And wooden stone.

Speaker: And you may add to them. Don't just accept what I'm given. This is a national project. Now you contribute.

Speaker: You have many workers. Stonecutters, masons and carpenters, as well as those skilled in every kind of work.

Speaker: In gold and silver, bronze and iron, craftsmen beyond number, we have a lot of talented people I want every talented person to use their talent, to use their gift.

Speaker: Now begin the work. And the Lord be with you.

Speaker: Then David ordered all the leaders of Israel to help his son Solomon. Again, he's not sabotaging him. He is setting him up to succeed.

Speaker: David said to them, Highlight this, claim this for yourself as well. Is not the Lord your God with you?

Speaker: And has he not granted you rest on every side?

Speaker: You might have some problems. Start declaring, God has given me rest on every side.

Speaker: You may have gotten a bad diagnosis. Declare, God has given me rest on every side.

Speaker: Maybe you're waiting a diagnosis and still haven't gotten one. God has given me rest on every side.

Speaker: Maybe your next door neighbors are driving you crazy. God is with me and he has given me rest on every side. Start declaring it. The word of God is truth.

Speaker: Start speaking truth. in the spirit realm, physical reality will catch up. That's what it means to activate the word God by faith.

Speaker: For he has given the inhabitants of the land into my hands, and the land is subject to the Lord and to his people. You know what? Highlight that too.

Speaker: The land is subject to the Lord and to his people. That is you saying the physical world is peripheral to God's people.

Speaker: Not to what your politicians say, not to what the World Economic Forum says, to God's word.

Speaker: You're okay.

Speaker: so Yeah, that's right. You do it. Have you to do something? No, thanks. che Cheers.

Speaker: Two sugars, please. Thank you.

Speaker: Brendan, you're sweet enough, man.

Speaker: Cheers. Would you believe I had actually done such an amazing job of going off to tea until the men's retreats? And then just to be social, I got back into caffeine in a big way. I need to go off and again.

Speaker: thought I thought I'd get that one in there. It's

Speaker: like, I did it for Jesus, but did for Jesus. So it's okay. Yeah. I have to ask because you have been speaking very fast and I have been like, excuse me.

Speaker: So you were talking about the, there is difference between Grace of God and then between something I couldn't understand because you were speaking so fast in English.

Speaker: So what did you say before you said there is difference between grace of God and something between something else? What you were talking about? No, no. and money now That was just an example. a That's the the gospel of the kingdom.

Speaker: And the gospel of grace. Two different phrases. In the Bible. That Christians often put together. But they actually refer to different things.

Speaker: But. We have our end times. Discipleship series. Starting in October. I'm going to look at all that. Then.

Speaker: That will be part of the end times series. Because there is. There is a gospel for the end times. That's not our gospel.

Speaker: Our gospel is the finished work of the cross. No condemnation from God. No sickness. No curses from God. It was done at the cross. In the end times, God's judgment is on the earth.

Speaker: He will be killing people who are evil. So obviously there's a difference, right? There's a difference in the revelation. But what Christians do is they just pick random Bible verses. They make their own weird theology where God doesn't make people sick, but maybe he does.

Speaker: So in the End Time series that we start in October, I'll be looking at all these things. Thank you. now Now, at least to my ears,

Speaker: You know, English people, o they will not tell you, you speak too fast. but to now But to my ear, now that you speak more slowly, so I was able to understand what you were saying.

Speaker: thank No, I didn't even explain it, Janita. I just said the words. I didn't give an explanation the first time. No, no, but you were speaking more slowly. You weren't speaking like very, this very fast.

Speaker: I was able to understand the words you were saying. Grace. Happy days. hu All right. And now verse 19.

Speaker: Now, devote your heart and soul to seeking the Lord your God. You know what? Highlight that as well for yourself. This is all just so good

Speaker: Begin to build the sanctuary of the Lord God, so that you may bring the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord. And the sacred articles belonging to God, these were all in the tabernacle that Moses built.

Speaker: And now they're in the tent of meeting. David is saying, build the temple and put all these things in the temple.

Speaker: begin to build the sanctuary of the Lord God so that you may bring the Ark of the Covenant to the Lord and the sacred articles belonging to God into the temple that will be built for the name of the Lord.

Speaker: And again, God's name is the name of the Lord. That's why we call him the name of the that is above every other name.

Speaker: And now we know that name is Jesus.

Speaker: All right. Before we look at chapter 28, are there any comments, queries, questions, concerns, or is chapter 22 all good?

Speaker: All good. Like, when I was reading in Finnish, Remember, I asked you, please send me beforehand. So I was reading Finnish Bible.

Speaker: And now it's so easy for me to follow you. I'm not like all the time, what are you talking about? I don't understand. Like, I just can't keep up with you. So thank you. You're so good, Janita.

Speaker: Yeah. Hi, Catherine. Hi, how are you? Good see you. good, how are you? Good to see you too.

Speaker: Hey, Brendan, can I say something quickly to Catherine? First again. Hey, i do you remember we were talking on the phone yesterday, Catherine? Yes.

Speaker: And you were asking me how I do speak to the Lord, do I speak to him as a friend, etc. So now let me give you, I gave you answer yesterday, but now I give you Another example, how I was with the Lord to today, before this tomb.

Speaker: So i wasn't I wasn't speaking in tongues, that is normally what I do, I speak a lot in tongues. But today it was completely different thing. Today I was just like, thank you Father for this new mercy day.

Speaker: Thank you for, thank you that I am, um heyy How can I translate this in English? Because I was speaking in Finnish.

Speaker: Thank you for, basically I said, thank you for allowing me to wake up to this new mercy day. I know this sounds so stupid in English, but I don't know how do you speak. It doesn't sound stupid at all. You need to do it, Grace.

Speaker: Thank you. And then I was just like, Jesus, I yield myself to you in this moment. And

Speaker: I ask you to do but whatever you want to do in this moment. Thank you, Jesus, us for comforting me. Heal my... How do you say? Abundant wound. Yeah, stupid.

Speaker: Idiot English. But you all are understanding what I'm trying to say. so I was just speaking him a little bit. I was on constantly this.

Speaker: And very important thing, I was listening to him. My mouth was just talking, talking, talking, talking. It's very important for us to listen to him, not just talk.

Speaker: So hopefully this is answering your question. Am I clear or are you like, What the heck she's talking about? I don't understand her.

Speaker: Yes, no, that's fine, Yanita. Very good. Thank you. You're welcome. Amen. not running it needs to and It's so true because it's like David in this story, you know, it's in my heart to build a temple.

Speaker: But then he says, but the word Lord came to me and said, not you. There is that time to be quiet. There is that time si listen. Because prayer, it's a conversation.

Speaker: yeah It's not just we where we dominate. But there is that time of, okay, will I get a vision? Will I get a dream? Will you speak? Will I get a scripture?

Speaker: Will something just happen? Where he responds. Yeah. So vitally important. Absolutely. Thank you. Appreciate that. You're welcome. You're welcome.

Speaker: Awesome. Okay, guys. Now please go forward in your Bibles to chapter 28. Okay? 1 Chronicles 28. 23. not going through the whole...

Speaker: Description um of the temple. I did that on the yeah discipleship, Jesus in the Old Testament series.

Speaker: on to 28.

Speaker: And here's verse one.

Speaker: David summoned all the officials of Israel to assemble at Jerusalem, the capital.

Speaker: The officers over the tribes, the commanders of the divisions in the service of the king, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of all the property and livestock belonging to the king and his sons, together with the palace officials, the warriors, and the brave fighting men I wonder if God could do that in the 21st century. Does he have brave fighting men or all the men cowardly?

Speaker: and I heard a great quote. Well, it was a terrible quote, but it did make me laugh. but It said 50% of the men in the west This is a bad thing to say on Sunday. day It was meant as a joke. It said 50% of the men in the West are gay and even the straight ones are homosexual.

Speaker: And it made me laugh.

Speaker: I'll cut that out of the video before I put it online.

Speaker: Okay, verse two. King David, one person's laughing, thanks, you need to thank Adam. King David rose to his feet and said, oh listen to me, my fellow Israelites, my people,

Speaker: I had it in my heart to build a house as a place of rest for the ark of the covenant of the Lord, for the footstool of our God. What's a footstool? It's like when you're relaxing the couch and your feet are up in a buffet. That's a footstool.

Speaker: Place of rest.

Speaker: And I made plans to build it. But God said to me, you are not to build a house for my name, Because you're a warrior and have shed blood. You want to build a house of rest? That's important.

Speaker: But you've been a warrior. It was important, but stay in your lane. this is for somebody else.

Speaker: A place of rest. I believe that's for you. believe that's the word God has for you. I had in my heart to build a house as a place of rest. I want you to claim that as a word God's speaking over you.

Speaker: Yet the Lord, the gods of Israel, chose me from my whole family to be a king over Israel forever.

Speaker: He chose Judah as leader. Again, Judah is the tribe in the southernmost part, the south of Israel.

Speaker: For us in Ireland, it's County Cork. Geographically the biggest and in the south.

Speaker: And it's fitting because Cork thinks they're the capital of Ireland. ah And from my father's sons, he was pleased to make me king over all Israel.

Speaker: Of all my sons, and let's keep in mind, David had seven older brothers. and David was the youngest. He was the runt of the family. He was the one who was not invited to the family barbecue back in 1 Samuel 16.

Speaker: when Samuel was going to anoint a new king because of so old rebellion, David was not even invited to the family feast. He was hated by his family.

Speaker: Of all my sons, and the Lord has given me many, he has chosen my son Solomon. Again, not a child born to Princess Michal,

Speaker: or Abigail, or one of the other wives of royal birth. Bathsheba, the one he had committed adultery with. But God doesn't say, ah you, your parents were naughty, I cast you out.

Speaker: God looked at Solomon and he said, I see your heart. Forget the, forget your origins, forget what your parents did, forget these circumstances surrounding all this, your origins,

Speaker: I see what's in you. I don't disqualify you because of what other people did.

Speaker: He's chosen my son Solomon to sit on my throne. I'll get you a good pen.

Speaker: I'm going open the archery of the marker. To sit on the throne of my kingdom, sorry, of the kingdom of the Lord over Israel. He said to me, Solomon, your son is the one who will build my house and my courts, for I have chosen him to be my son and I will be his father.

Speaker: I will establish his kingdom forever. Big circle. If he is unswerving. That means you do not go to the right or to the left. If you're driving and you really swerve a car, you might crash and kill 20 people with you.

Speaker: On swerving.

Speaker: And carrying out my commands and laws it's being done at this time. So right now, David had an impression on his heart to build a temple.

Speaker: God said, it's not for you, but... you can get all the things together, you can help set someone up to win. said, okay, David was there being obedient that moment.

Speaker: God is saying, I need this level of obedience from Solomon. And if that happens, your kingdom will endure forever.

Speaker: And I'm not talking, well, Jesus is the king of the world of heaven. We're talking about the land of Israel. Does Israel Have a king right in now who descends the line of David?

Speaker: No. Why not? Because Solomon would spend six years building God's temple.

Speaker: And 13 building his own palace.

Speaker: That's your first red flag. God is worth six years of his love life. but His own palace. More than twice that.

Speaker: Solomon would also, where he found the time to do this, i have no idea, had 700 wives. Most of them were probably political alliances, to be honest. I doubt he fell in love with 700 women.

Speaker: um It was probably, okay, going marry this woman so your daddy can't attack me. I'm marry this princess, so we're not going to go to war with each other. I'm going to marry this one down here, who's the daughter of a chief.

Speaker: He won't attack us. They were probably political marriages, but he married 700 women.

Speaker: If he only slept with one of his wives once a day, you'd be well into, like, year three before he slept with all of them. And he had 300 concubines.

Speaker: 1,000 women in total.

Speaker: Yeah. Pretty dirty.

Speaker: I don't know how he found the time.

Speaker: and because they were political marriages, and he was marrying, you know, women who had power, who had substance, women from different countries, different nations, from backgrounds, he married women who were demon worshippers.

Speaker: And he let them worship their gods in his country, in his kingdom.

Speaker: And he would come to worship their devils and their demons as well.

Speaker: Demons like Chemosh and Malek, gods of child sacrifice. Literally, this is the kingdom of God on the earth. And they are building metal idols to demons on the hills and forests. It's not only the Garden of Eden, like, you know, a forest on on on a hill.

Speaker: They are building metal demonic statues, and they're burning babies to death.

Speaker: And they would also worship Ashtoreth, the goddess of transgenderism. Again... This is potentially the kingdom of God, the country on earth who should be so holy that all the other nations are like, wow, I want to know that God. I want to serve him. he's said He sounds amazing.

Speaker: And when they go, they see men dressed as women, women dressed as men. Same as get the children, the boys, you know, cut off their their dangly bits.

Speaker: And they see parents setting their children on fire. That happened under Solomon. That is why that prophecy did not happen.

Speaker: A lot of people say, oh, but it did happen. Jesus is the king of heaven. This is not about heaven. This is about a kingdom on the earth. Didn't happen. And Israel's problems only got worse afterwards.

Speaker: Verse 8.

Speaker: I've spoken enough. When you read verse 8, please, down to verse 10. So now I change you in the sight of all Israel, sorry, I charge you, in the sight of all Israel and of the assembly of the Lord.

Speaker: And in the hearing of our God, be careful to follow all the commands of the Lord your God, that you may possess his good land and pass it on as an inheritance to your descendants forever.

Speaker: And you, my son Solomon, acknowledge the God of your father and serve him with wholehearted devotion, with a willing mind, For the Lord searches every heart and understands every desire and every thought.

Speaker: If you seek him, he will be found by you. If you forsake him, he will reject you forever. Consider now, for the Lord has chosen you to build a house as the sanctuary.

Speaker: Be strong and do the work. Amen. All right. More things should to highlight and claim for yourselves. Verse eight. Be careful to follow.

Speaker: all the commands of the lord your god that you may possess this good land and pass it on as an inheritance to descendants forever That did not necessarily happen and Solomon's life the way it should have.

Speaker: But I want you to claim that for yourself.

Speaker: Be careful to follow everything God tells you. Not just for your sake. not just for your own good, but for the people who come after you.

Speaker: When one generation is crippled by sin, the next generation will. When one generation substitutes their destiny for short-term pleasure and a life of misery, it's what they pass on to their kids.

Speaker: And verse 9 says, Highlight, underline, circle, claim this for yourself. Acknowledge the God of your father.

Speaker: And I don't know what your earthly father was like. He's talking by King David. And serve him with wholehearted devotion. And a willing mind, not a slave.

Speaker: Not dead religion. Not it's what everyone else does. Not, because Brendan told me so, a willing mind.

Speaker: Knowing what you're doing. but but Actively, with determination, choosing to obey the word of God.

Speaker: For the Lord searches every heart. What does every mean? It means every. And understands every desire.

Speaker: God can read your mind and he does. hu that should either make you feel very glad or very uncomfortable. Maybe both.

Speaker: If uncomfortable, change your thoughts. And every thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you. Look, and you will find.

Speaker: Knock, the door will be answered to you.

Speaker: Don't highlight, if you forsake him, he'll reject you forever. Don't forsake him. Just make a choice. Your days of forsaken Jesus are over. i have known people who loved Jesus and they were at revival, they're the hands of the air, they had breakthrough, they saw miracles and they walked away from Christ. I don't understand it.

Speaker: I don't get it.

Speaker: But I like this part for yourself. The Lord has chosen you.

Speaker: When was the last time you actually stopped and said, wow, and you're not not just praying, oh God, you know, I need this, I need that, I need this, I need that. Not just worship, oh, that's a lovely song, read the Bible because you want to get to know better.

Speaker: When was the last time you stopped and thought, wow, God chose me. Imagine, think of humans and they want to adopt a baby and they've got a booklet and they're like, that one's gingerer ginger, ginger has had no souls.

Speaker: Hmm, skin color, the neighbors would talk. Poor background, probably has like 10 diseases. And then they see that one perfect child and they go, oh, I want to adopt this one. This one's amazing.

Speaker: Yeah, I just, i love this kid. That's how God sees you. He looked at you. He chose you. He chooses you every single day. I'm not saying God has forsaken gingers because we have no souls. That was just an example.

Speaker: But he looks at you, picks chooses loves every day.

Speaker: He does it. It's not this abstract, God loves everyone. or ah This is all about desire. This about thoughts. This is about intentions.

Speaker: God desired you and thoughtfully, willingly chose you. and has never regretted that decision.

Speaker: That's how we're adopted into his family.

Speaker: And highlight this, be strong and do the work. Whatever God has told you to do Nike, just do it.

Speaker: Sorry, Brendan, what verse was that again? Yeah, that's verse 10. So we're in chapter 28, verse 10. The Lord has chosen you. Move on a few few words.

Speaker: Be strong and do the work. Thank you. You're welcome. I really feel that's not for me. Amen. Amen. I was reading yesterday and then even again so today.

Speaker: And where did I write it? Yeah. mean i have things had different colours and I just wrote claim it claim it as I was reading as i was reading through it not even so much last night but today god was that's why he played an extra song than usual why worship went on an extra 12-15 minutes God was just like they need to claim this they need to know this they need to claim this they need to name and claim this I just felt that so so potently

Speaker: Verse 11, then David gave his son Solomon the plans for the portico of the temple, its buildings, its storerooms, its upper parts, its inner rooms, the place of atonement.

Speaker: He gave him the plans of all that the Spirit, that's Holy Spirit, it's capital S, Holy Spirit, had put in his mind. For the courts of the Temple of the Lords.

Speaker: And all the surrounding rooms. For the treasuries of the Temple of God. And for the treasuries of the dedicated things. There are a lot descriptions here.

Speaker: Basically, it was a Holy Spirit of download. Sometimes you will have a moment of, oh, you just know something and you don't know why you know it. Or you get this idea and you're like, I i don't think like that. It's a God idea.

Speaker: Holy Spirit actually puts idea in your mind. That's what's happening here.

Speaker: Verse 13. He gave him instructions for the divisions of the priests and Levites. And for all the work of serving in the temple of the Lord's.

Speaker: as well as for the articles to be used in the service. He designated the weight of gold for all the gold articles to be used in various kinds of service, and the weight of gold for all the silver articles to be used in various kinds of service.

Speaker: The weight of gold for the gold lampstands and their lamps, with the weight for each lampstand and its lamps, And the weight of silver for each silver lampstand and its lamps, according to the use of each lampstand. Different lampstands have different functions.

Speaker: The weight of gold for each table for consecrated bread. The weight of silver for silver tables. The weight of pure gold for forks, sprinkling bowls and pitchers.

Speaker: The weight of gold for each gold dish. The weight of silver for each silver dish. and the weight for each refined gold for the old incense. He also gave him the plan for the chariot, that is, the cherubim of gold, that spread their wings and overshadowed the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord. That's a long description.

Speaker: Basically, this is not just constructing a building. God is giving specifics down to the bowls. If you're in your house and you open up your cupboard, what bowls do you have?

Speaker: Probably the cheapest one you found in Dunstorps.

Speaker: But these bowls are made out of silver, bronze, and gold. And down to the gram in weight. That's how your specific God is.

Speaker: Was the cherub, if you pronounce the angels, the angel like that, cherub, was that the angel who was constantly before the Lord and saying, holyy holy, holy, holy?

Speaker: Very good, yeah. There are two kinds. The cherubim, you're correct, are the ones before the throne. They're almost like bodyguards. Security.

Speaker: And then there are other cherubim called seraphim. The seraphim look like snakes on fire with wings. They fly over the throne.

Speaker: So you have the seraphim over it. And you're correct. The cherubim are before it. And they just sing, holy, holy, holy is the Lord God almighty.

Speaker: Ah. Okay. Yeah.

Speaker: There's a lot in that. So just going to break it down and just a little bit. I don't want to make it a ah repeat of the ah temple teaching I did a few Wednesdays ago, but just um for those of who weren't there back then.

Speaker: The gold, all the articles of gold and gold and this, gold and that, That represents the kingship of Jesus. That he's the king of heaven and the prophesied king of Israel.

Speaker: They did not appreciate him 2,000 years ago, but at the end of the apocalypse, he will come back and literally be a king in geographical Israel.

Speaker: Bible trivia. What is the most famous example of gold in the Bible? You hear about it every single December.

Speaker: The cross, when Jesus was born. where we got The wise men's gifts, yeah. Because of the wise men, well, why are they wise? People say, oh, the wise men, and what why Because their gifts were prophetic.

Speaker: One of them brought gold, which is to say this baby is a king.

Speaker: One of them brought frankincense or or incense, which is a picture of being a priest and prayer and Jesus the priest of God in heaven.

Speaker: And the third gift was myrrh. Myrrh was an oil you would put on the body before burial. So basically the wise men said he's a king, he's a priest of heaven,

Speaker: He's also going to die and his death will be very significant. That's why they're wise men.

Speaker: You also see silver repeated here a lot. And why is the silver so important? Silver represents redemption.

Speaker: Redemption means to avenge. Something bad happened to you and I'm gonna do something to bring you justice.

Speaker: Redemption means ransom.

Speaker: If someone is in a bank, And a gunman says, you know, I'm going to shoot this woman unless you open the safe. And someone says, no, i will take her place. Shoot me. Let her go. That's ransom.

Speaker: That's what Jesus did in the cross. I do not want every human who's ever lived to punished for their sin. i will get punished once for every single human ever

Speaker: Silver and redemption also means, in the Hebrew, i will make you my closest relative. What is our relationship to God? We're his children, adopted into his family.

Speaker: And the word redemption the Hebrew also means, I will purchase you, I'll buy you because I want you. God desires you.

Speaker: He chooses you. You're not his child because he's under some obligation. Because ah people will say I'm bad if I just kill everyone. No, he actually, he wants you.

Speaker: It's part of the choice.

Speaker: Bronze is repeated there as well. Bronze has a reddish tint to it. Bronze represents judgment and the blood of Jesus.

Speaker: Because when he was on the cross, he was bleeding. Badly. Profusely.

Speaker: The show bread, the table with bread on it, it's a picture of what we call communion. There's bread on it. How do eat bread? You break it up, you eat it.

Speaker: His body was devoured, torn up. This is my body. Take it and eat it. It's destroyed for you.

Speaker: Everything in this temple is a prophetic picture of Jesus. The lampstand. You have gold lampstands, silver lampstands. What do lamps do? What do lights do? They illuminate.

Speaker: They bring the light. Think of the light bulb. Beep. Knowledge, insight, revelation, understanding, discretion. I get it now, Eureka!

Speaker: Who's Jesus? He has two names regarding light, or at least two. He's the light of the world, and he's also the light of life in men.

Speaker: When people look to the lampstand, there are also pictures. of Jesus.

Speaker: In the beginning was the Word, is a god's and the Word was and and it came into the world that he created, and the world did not understand him, they rejected him, and the light has been at war with the darkness. The darkness has not understood him, and the darkness has not overcome him.

Speaker: John chapter 1, verses 1 to 5.

Speaker: Then there's the altar of incense. In Revelation, we see angels pour prayers before God. And they smell like perfume. They smell like incense.

Speaker: Incense is a picture of prayer. Because your prayers smell. Your prayers have an odor.

Speaker: So if your prayers smell like perfume... What do lies and bad language and blasphemy smell like? Oh well.

Speaker: And then the chariot, in Daniel 7, 9, we're told that Jesus' throne has wheels. What's a throne? It's a chair.

Speaker: What's a chair with wheels? It's a chariot. And that's why Jesus' throne, whenever he's in the Old Testament, he sits on his throne, Jesus' throne is a time machine and a space machine, a time and space machine.

Speaker: To use Doctor Who language, it's a TARDIS. That's how he comes into history throughout the Old Testament, before Mary gave birth to him. Sitting on his throne with wheels, the chariot is a picture of the throne of Jesus.

Speaker: And the cherubim, as Anita correctly said, They are the creatures who are before the throne of God. Some have one head, some have four.

Speaker: Some have two wings, some have four wings, some have six wings. They can fly with their own wings, or they can travel in a gyroscope, which is a ring in a ring, an interlocking ring, an ofan, interlocking wheels.

Speaker: We're told that the wheels have eyes. Their transport machine is alive. Everything in heaven is alive.

Speaker: and Some look like people, but with wings. Some look like animals with wings. Some look like hybrids with wings. They can talk. They can sing.

Speaker: And the most phenomenal of all the Cherubim The one who was anointed the gift prophecy and was covered in precious stones. His name was Lucifer.

Speaker: He became the devil. But even though he went dark side, even though he went rogue, he turned evil. and The other cherubim were still before the throne of the Lord.

Speaker: Wildly, madly in love with Jesus.

Speaker: All right, verse 19.

Speaker: All this, David said, i have in writing as a result of the Lord's hand on me. And he enabled me to understand all the details of the plan. Everything you've just seen everything just heard there and more.

Speaker: God put his hand on David, either on his head on his heart. And the whole download came. and the whole download came

Speaker: Verse 20, get your highlighters ready again.

Speaker: David also said to Solomon his son, Start your highlighting. Be strong and courageous. And do the work.

Speaker: God is basically just telling Solomon the same thing again and again. Why? Because we need to hear the same thing again and again. God knows what humans are like. but Do not be afraid or discouraged.

Speaker: For the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Highlight all of that. Be strong and courageous.

Speaker: All the way down to he will not fail you or forsake you. Verse 20.

Speaker: Until all the work for the service of the temple of the Lord is finished.

Speaker: The divisions of the priests and Levites are ready for all the work on the temple of God. And every willing person, no one's doing this by compulsion, only if they want to, willing people, skilled in any craft will help you in all the work.

Speaker: The officials and all the people will obey your every command.

Speaker: All right, I've got one more chapter three to go. Are there any thoughts, comments, queries or questions so far? is that all good? About the angels, this is confusing me.

Speaker: So how do you pronounce the word, the angels word? The cherubim. Yeah. And the other angel, it's also seraphim.

Speaker: Yeah, as well, see, seraphim basically are cherubim. They just look like snakes that are on fire and have wings.

Speaker: um So they're cherubim, but with a specific appearance. So they're all angelic creatures, but there are just different kinds of creature.

Speaker: So, for example, my corpse The warring angel is not Serultham. No, no. and He's an angel and an archangel, an angel prince, a chief prince, and he is over the heavenly host.

Speaker: And the heavenly host is heaven's army. Heaven's army is made entirely of angels. I'm sorry, what is the word? What angels? They're made, so the heavenly host, only angels are in the heavenly host.

Speaker: No cherubim. Cherubim can fight, they're not the heavenly host. Seraphim can fight, they're not in the heavenly host.

Speaker: The elders are great, they're not in the heavenly host. The heavenly host are only angels.

Speaker: Oh, so Seraphim is not angel. It's... I can't pronounce the word. You're okay. Cherubim.

Speaker: Yeah, but it's not angel, right? It's Kreature. I can't pronounce it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. yeah it It'd be like a living creature. Yeah. Creature.

Speaker: Okay. Creature. Okay. Thank you. You're welcome. You're welcome. Yeah, because I know with all the different heavenly creatures and kinds of creatures, and they can be bit confusing sometimes to tell apart from one another. yeah Yes, exactly.

Speaker: But it's great that you are thinking so much about heaven and doing your best to understand it, because a lot of Christians... Don't. They have nothing to say about heaven.

Speaker: So when people say, well, why should I become a Christian to go to heaven? What's in heaven? I don't know. That's embarrassing. So it's great that you're thinking about heaven. All

Speaker: right, guys, just got one more chapter there for today. And it's First Chronicles chapter 29. twenty nine And start with verse one.

Speaker: Then King David said to the whole assembly, My son Solomon, the one whom God has chosen, is young and inexperienced.

Speaker: The task is great because this palatial structure is not for man, but for the Lord God. With all my resources, I have provided for the temple of my God.

Speaker: Gold for the gold work. Silver for the silver work. Bronze for the bronze work. You're not gonna believe this. Iron is for the iron work.

Speaker: And wood for the woodwork, as well as onyx for the settings. Turquoise, stones of various colors, and all kinds of fine stone and marble.

Speaker: All of these in large quantities. Okay, get your pens ready. You've got some more money references.

Speaker: Besides, in my devotion to the temple of my God, I now give my personal treasures of gold and silver for the temple of my God. Over and above everything I've provided for his holy temple,

Speaker: 3,000 talents of gold. That's the gold of Ophir. What are 3,000 talents of gold in today's money?

Speaker: 13 billion euros. Why? How does this much money and even exist? In one man's bank account.

Speaker: And how he did get all those money? Well, you see, in... days of kings fighting kings and warriors fighting warriors and armies fighting armies, you would take plunder.

Speaker: You would take the wealth of the enemy you've defeated. so people today have this idea like, oh if I want to get money, have to work and I only have enough to pay my bills barely and buy cheap food and Lidl or Aldi.

Speaker: But... And money today has become so tight. And part of that is because we no longer use the gold standard. and Which is a bad decision in the last century.

Speaker: But if you consider the Garden of Eden. Where Adam and Eve are living on a hill. On a mountain. And there's a river flowing.

Speaker: And the river breaks into four other rivers. The River Eden breaks into four. One of those rivers was flowing with gold. People think Adam and Eve were naked and just had sex all day, sat on grass, having picnics.

Speaker: Literally, if they went to one river, there was just gold flowing down the river. ah Or another one, precious stones,

Speaker: flowing down the river, that today, if a woman wanted a ring, or a man wanted a ring for a woman, to get a small stone would cost hundreds or thousands of euros. These stones, we're probably talking massive bricks, just flowing down the river.

Speaker: And when you get to the Tower of Babel... Mm-hmm. Emperor Nimrod built the Tower of Babel and he had other tower towers all around the world.

Speaker: And like Iraq especially. Some of which are still standing. You can literally see them on Google images. and a lot of historians say that underneath these temple towers to demons the builders would just get gold and silver and precious stones, their wealth, their riches.

Speaker: Genius. and just put them at the foundation of a temple tower. They literally had more wealth than you can possibly imagine, and they made it poor, pouring it into a foundation for a temple for demons. i So we're talking about the world we're living in now, where people struggle to live paycheck to paycheck.

Speaker: Mm-hmm. is not the world that God made for Adam and Eve. The world we live in where to live, i I don't live in a big house, I really, really don't.

Speaker: But although this is a small house, it would probably sell for 350,000 euros. And an exorbitant amount of money For a small house, which is a scandal, it's ridiculous. In the past, this would have cost 20,000 euros.

Speaker: But people live so financially stretched, trying to get every single euro, save every euro, make savings, make cuts. Oh, I'll do without this. I can't afford this.

Speaker: That was not the world God made for Adam and Eve. That was not the world God made for its people to live in. Like Steve said, this should not be normal.

Speaker: God's people being financially strapped, giving a large amount of their salary to governments who spend it on human depopulation, killing children, financing foreign wars, wasting it by the billion.

Speaker: that was supposed to happen. where we've been tricked into thinking this is normal. but But this is not God reality. This is a matrix where people are told, us sure, every other country does it.

Speaker: It is what it is. Ah, sure, look it. No. This is not God reality. So...

Speaker: We're looking here at a story where someone did what God told him to do when it was good, when it was easy, when it was hard, it was difficult, when it was costly, when it was sacrificial. And from his personal treasury, his personal bank account, he's able to give 13 billion euros worth of gold to a building he is not going live in.

Speaker: To a building he is not going to see constructed. He's had a vision of it. He's going to spend 13 billion euros

Speaker: on a house for a God who lives in another dimension. but All that money is insane. Right? But just to be obedient, just because that isn't is in his heart and he wants all the nations on earth to go to this building and have an encounter and go, okay,

Speaker: Our demons are wicked. This this God is is the real one. What we've been doing has been sending us to hell. This country, Israel, they know something we don't know.

Speaker: They have things we need to learn. They've got a book called the Bible. We need to burn our books and we need to get ourselves Bible. That is what he's spending 13 billion on.

Speaker: yes it's It's amazing. Sorry, so with that then... you know play into how today a lot of people, we don't put a lot of attention into like buildings and construction. For example, when we look at things like Notre Dame or the Cologne Cathedral, and they put all this emphasis on beautiful places and then people calling it vanity as if it's like, you know, they use the term where um things, if it's moral, it shouldn't be like beautiful and spectacular and stuff. And they kind of make it seem like it's a vain pursuit. Do you know what mean? That's why lot of the buildings today are kind of grey or something. I think you were saying that before. Would that be like a It's a great example. And here's the thing.

Speaker: I'm not going to pretend that I knew what was going through the heads of anyone in Paris when Notre Dame was created or or anything like that. not going to pretend I know what what whether they actually loved God or thought of themselves. i don't want to speak to that.

Speaker: What I will say is When I hear believers say, ah look at that ministry of a private plane and they reach 10,000 people a year for Christ. oh I hate those Christians.

Speaker: They should spend their money on, insert social need here. I think that complaining Christians are actually very disingenuine.

Speaker: They have this idea that, oh, if I had this wealth, I would spend it on, you know, themselves. I'd spend it my town. Forget the orphans in Africa. You know, I'd spend the money, whatever.

Speaker: Or Christians would look at someone else's big property or big building or big project and the go, oh, that's not needed because reason.

Speaker: Typically, they're speaking from their offense that they don't have the money. Let's be honest. and if they did have the money and they had a heart like David's for the Lord, by all means, you spend that cash on whatever God tells you to.

Speaker: But I think it's very easy for people who don't have the funds to accuse everyone who is rich of misusing funds. And I'd also say, if I go to another country on holidays, for instance,

Speaker: I will go to the cathedrals. I'll photograph them. I'll post them on Instagram. I'll say, wow, look at this. That's amazing. I'll read up in all history. It really attracts me.

Speaker: Do I go to, you know, Bible-believing churches when I'm in heaven? No, I can't find them. You don't know what they look like You don't know where they are. The cathedral...

Speaker: it jumps out at you straight away because it's just drop dead gorgeous. It is stunning. And

Speaker: some people would say, you know, oh yeah, but, you know, well, what's the hard attitude there? It's a fair point. But let's be honest, the Western world went from being the epicenter of civilization to being drastically uglified in the space of one century.

Speaker: If you consider from the end of World War II to today, the uglification of the Western world, it's an absolute disgrace.

Speaker: Buildings were made in the early nineteen hundreds and before And they were just spectacular. They were ornate. There was a social cohesion. Your eyes popped. Things were built to last.

Speaker: Now it's like, well, let's make things cheaply. Let's make it all look the same. We don't want anything different or against the grain. a There are some buildings that just downright ugly.

Speaker: remember going to Budapest a few years ago. was the first time I really noticed it. One half of the street I was on just had pre-World War II buildings.

Speaker: Phenomenal. Photograph-worthy. Literally every building on the other side of the road was a post-modern building. ab Absolutely disgraceful by comparison.

Speaker: That was my I first realized it. Um... A lot of buildings made today are actually built to be ugly. They're built to be unattractive.

Speaker: And that does affect social cohesion. It does affect the social mood. And there was even one show on TV years ago where an estate had a lot of drug crime and then youth violence and youth crime.

Speaker: And you know what? It looked like the kind of estate where you'd expect that. Let's just put it that way. And then this guy came onto the show and said, you know what?

Speaker: Paint your door. The paint is falling off your door. looks disgusting. Put a lick of paint on your door, on your window frames. Put some flowers here and flowers there.

Speaker: And as the adults began to beautify their property in the external... people actually began to appreciate the place better. And within a short number of months, there was a massive turnaround and the drug crime went down. The violent crime went down. The social... um

Speaker: so What's the word for it? forget what the phrase is But the the social issues all decreased.

Speaker: and a love and respect went up. And I do believe that's by and large it's true an architectural sense. If you pour love and heart and devotion into something and your crafts, your talents, your your gifts, not for your glory, for the glory Jesus, people will see it and people will appreciate it. And it's not about a vanity project. It's not about drawing attention to yourself.

Speaker: But i everyone involved in this, it was for the Lord, for his goodness, for his glory, to say, you give me these gifts, I give them back to you. And that is what we we should be doing here.

Speaker: Amen. Okay. yes were Thank you. Yeah, you're welcome. Because let's be honest, the Christian art,

Speaker: think of the the Christian entertainment the industry. When people, assuming people even watch the movies, what do they say? That was good for a Christian movie.

Speaker: I mean, that's an insult. um but That saying, Christians typically create something with no flair, no flavor, no financial backing.

Speaker: um Something very boring, very basic, very bland. But you made a nice attempt. that that That's not right. And you should be giving your whole heart to whatever you do for the Lord.

Speaker: And it doesn't mean you need to build you know a house made of gold, per se But isn't God worth it? Isn't he worth your creativity? Isn't he worth the sacrifice financially?

Speaker: Isn't he worth and that investment? You know? Because all for his glory at the end of the day.

Speaker: All right, got some more crazy figures coming here. a Verse four. 300, sorry, talents of gold. That's billion in today's money.

Speaker: bureaus and seven thousand talents of refined silver in today's money

Speaker: That is 434 million million mean, Finnish Bible says that Solomon was rich man four hundred and thirty four million euros

Speaker: so ah they i mean at least penny pipe says that ah salammon was a richzman But I'm thinking like Solomon was a rich man.

Speaker: How about David? Like he had so much money. i have never heard no one. How do you say in English?

Speaker: I have never heard that someone else would have had so much money than David it himself. Yeah, no, you're you're right, you need to, because everyone says, oh Solomon was the wisest man ever lived, and he the richest man ever lived.

Speaker: I've never heard anyone actually talk about how much money David had. Yeah, 100%. Solomon's wealth came after his wisdom.

Speaker: After God made him wise, the wealth followed. And then he became very unwise, married 1,000 women and murdered children. and But he was good at the start, went crazy when he got older.

Speaker: and But yeah, but David's wealth was just... I don't know if there's a word describe this kind wealth. Exactly. ah For the overlaying of the walls of the buildings, verse 5, for the gold work and the silver work and for all the work to be done by the craftsmen.

Speaker: Now, who's willing to consecrate themselves to the Lord today? Then the leaders of families, the officers of the tribes of Israel, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of the king's work gave willingly. So David told them how much money he was investing into this project to encourage them.

Speaker: Get your pens ready. They gave toward the work of the temple of God 5,000 talents. In today's money, 21.54 billion yourro

Speaker: baby. Yeah, hello, baby, exactly. And people say that God doesn't give wealth. Like, that's insane. And he's just throwing it around because it doesn't mean anything to him. isn't that the truth?

Speaker: He's throwing it him like it doesn't mean anything to him because it doesn't. Because God is a good God. God is a provider. David's dying. and He's not going to need this money anyway.

Speaker: um And if God wanted him to have more money, he could snap his fingers and that money could be right back as buying him.

Speaker: The people gave 10,000 Daricks of gold. That is 10.2 million euros. I do not know what a Darick is, i just know it's smaller than a talent.

Speaker: But here's the thing When you consider all those billions we've looked at, 10.2 million looks small by comparison. That's how much money they're pouring into this. 10.2 million looks small.

Speaker: That's nuts.

Speaker: 10,000 talents of silver is, these figures, 649 million million euros.

Speaker: eighteen thousand talents of rons three point nine million euros

Speaker: And a hundred thousand talents of iron. Two hundred and seventy six thousand euros.

Speaker: That would not buy you a house in Ireland today. That's criminal. Two hundred and seventy six thousand euros.

Speaker: Anyone who had precious stones gave them to the treasury of the temple of the Lord's. In the custody of Jehiel the Gershonite, who was he God knows, good for him.

Speaker: The people rejoiced at the willing response of their leaders. I bet they did. For they had given freely and wholeheartedly to the Lord.

Speaker: No compulsion. David's not twisting their arm. He's not saying, if you don't do this, you're going to lose your job. He's not saying, if you don't do this, I'm going to tell your wife about your affairs.

Speaker: None of this. These are hearts sold out for God. Doing this because they love him and they want to. And they see a bigger mission than their own life.

Speaker: They see that they can be invested in the salvation of the nation, well, nations, for generations.

Speaker: David the king also rejoiced greatly.

Speaker: And then David's prayer is in verse 10.

Speaker: David praised the Lord in the presence of the whole assembly, saying, Praise be to you, Lord, the God of our father is Israel, from everlasting to everlasting.

Speaker: From the very beginning to the very end.

Speaker: From the A to Z. Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor. Think of the worship song we did this morning.

Speaker: All glory. All honor. All worship and all praise. All blessing. All power is yours. This is where it comes from.

Speaker: Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory, the majesty and the splendor. For everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom.

Speaker: You are exalted as heads over all.

Speaker: Wealth and honor come from you. you know what? Underline that, highlight that. I'm going to do that myself. So often when it comes to wealth, we look to jobs.

Speaker: We look to people. We consider all the people we've helped all the years who said this pay us back and haven't. But wealth comes from the Lord.

Speaker: You are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all.

Speaker: No, our gods, we give you thanks. We praise your glorious name.

Speaker: But who am i And who are my people? That we should be able to give as generously as this.

Speaker: He's not saying, you know well, we're the... We are the one world government and we've stolen all the funds from the people and now we're using them for evil ends. he's he's He genuinely doesn't know. He's like, God, we're we're just normal.

Speaker: He gives instructions. We just, all we did was say yes. And remember last week, the whole nation was in rebellion following Satan. And God has still blessed them.

Speaker: He's humbled. He can't believe it.

Speaker: Everything comes from you. And we have given you only what comes from your hands.

Speaker: That's why they could part with the gold and the silver, the bronze, the iron, the wood so easily. it wasn't theirs. God had given it. I'm going give you a word and want you to write it down.

Speaker: You do not own wealth. And that's not me speaking a word of poverty over you. are two sentences here. You do not own wealth.

Speaker: You are a steward of wealth.

Speaker: You are a steward of wealth. Steward is S-T-E-E-R. e w A or D. That's S-T-E-W-A or D. A steward does not own something.

Speaker: A steward has been entrusted with something. You look after it.

Speaker: A steward is not the king, but he might look after a kingdom.

Speaker: A steward does not own 750 billion euros, but he might look after it. That is how David could give so freely.

Speaker: He didn't say, oh I have so much money because I'm amazing and I've had all those wars and yeah, I'm great. He said, well, they were wars God told me to fight. They were victories God gave me in the supernatural realm am I appropriated it in the physical realm.

Speaker: I only have breath in my lungs because pleased God to keep me breathing.

Speaker: The world doesn't mind. It's God's. All I do is give God back what he gave to me. He gave it to me on loan and I'm going bag to him because he's worthy.

Speaker: Verse 15 says, We are foreigners and strangers in your sight, as were all our ancestors.

Speaker: Our days on earth are like a shadow without hope.

Speaker: Lord our God, this the word Steve used earlier, all this abundance. that we have provided for building you a temple for your holy name comes from your hand and all belongs to you.

Speaker: If you had said to David, oh David, you're so generous, he would say, with what? what With your billions of euros of gold, he'd say, it wasn't mine. With all your billions of silver, it wasn't mine.

Speaker: With all your bronze in it, I don't have bronze. And I'll have your wood. I don't own wood.

Speaker: He said, God gave it to me. I just gave it back.

Speaker: Verse 17. I know, my God, that you test the heart and are pleased with integrity.

Speaker: All these things I have given willingly and with honest intent. Not for praise of man.

Speaker: Not to get something out of it.

Speaker: Not to curry favour with anybody. What's that mean? To manipulate favour.

Speaker: to to guess man's empty praise okay

Speaker: and now have seen with joy he's not thinking oh my goodness lost all that money no i have seen with joy how willingly your people who are here have given to you we keep getting that word today willingly All of this has to be done with choice or it means nothing.

Speaker: Well, it means something. it means you got poorer for no reason.

Speaker: Lord, the God of our fathers, Abraham, whose son was Isaac, whose son was Jacob, also called Israel, and Israel, with the nation, are now Keep these desires and thoughts in the hearts of your people forever.

Speaker: And keep their hearts loyal to Well, God will do his best, but the human heart has to make that decision for itself.

Speaker: And give my son Solomon the wholehearted devotion to keep your commands, statutes, and decrees And to do everything to build a palatial structure for which I've provided. I've given him everything he needs.

Speaker: All he has to do is be obedient.

Speaker: Will he be?

Speaker: Yes, for a short time.

Speaker: Then he goes off the rails. He goes back, crap, cray cray.

Speaker: But we have a beautiful book in the Old Testament, Ecclesiastes, written at the end of Solomon's life. We have Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes.

Speaker: Ecclesiastes is the last book Solomon wrote. After he had wasted money, after he had killed children, after he had men dressing up as women and women dressing as men after he had worshipped all these demons, he wrote Ecclesiastes and said...

Speaker: At the end of his life, I have done everything that can be done. I've taken everything that can be taken. I've slept with at least 1,000 women. But absolutely none of it means anything.

Speaker: Unless you are in good regard. He had that revelation at the end of his life. But the damage had been done.

Speaker: He's in heaven now. But ah a lot of people aren't because of him.

Speaker: In verse 20, then David said to the whole assembly, praise the Lord your God. So they all praised the Lord, the God of their fathers.

Speaker: They bowed down, f prostrating themselves before the Lord and the king.

Speaker: Now that is, There's lot in that, of course. And i we focus a lot on architecture. But actually, there's one more verse we're going to look at today. Because that temple, if you went looking for it today, you couldn't find it.

Speaker: The Babylonian Empire burned it to the ground when they invaded Israel um at the end of... and second kings in the Bible. so so Just a couple books later, the Babylonian Empire burnt the whole thing to the ground.

Speaker: And the foreigners in the land who were close to getting citizenship jumped up and down, burn it to the ground, the dirty Jews, burn it to the ground.

Speaker: And almost everyone Israel got slaughtered and massacred.

Speaker: The temple's no longer there. But actually God has another temple on the earth today. fact, he has very many. If statistics are to be believed, he has two billion.

Speaker: Personally, i think that's an exaggeration, but that's what the stats say. I have been thinking about Israel and like it's their country.

Speaker: and Only theirs. And yet what they have been doing is they have been allowing Muslims to teach.

Speaker: They allow Muslims to worship demon named Allah. yeah They allow Arabs.

Speaker: Arabs are not Jewish. I'm not talking about this. religion. I'm talking about ethnicity. Do you understand what I'm about to say? For example, David, he was a Jew by ethnicity. I'm not talking about religion. Okay, easy yeah, you yes sir yeah, yeah.

Speaker: So I actually, when I was thinking of that, it made me angry. And no, and I don't hate Jewish people, but I do remember how the Lord himself gave that land to Jewish people and the Lord said, kill this nation, kill this nation, not allow this and that and yet what they are doing, oh welcome Muslims here, Arabs here, you are welcome, this and that nation, you are welcome.

Speaker: And I'm not like, Oh my, like, why you are doing this? This is your country. three You are allowing Muslims and this and that nation basically take over your own land.

Speaker: Why you are doing this? And they also have, yeah then it when it was Sodoma and Gomorrah, do you understand what want to say?

Speaker: yeah they were fornicating they were doing disgusting things and yet the same thing they are doing they are allowing ah this gay thing this pride celebration all those disc disgusting things and I'm um like oh my why you are doing this a like You say about this and that, God, but yet you are this celebration of gay people. How this disgusting is that?

Speaker: And yet what did I learn? What made me like, so I will explore like a volcano. So to these people are thinking that da The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the same God as I am.

Speaker: And I was like, excuse me, how dare you? That is blasphemy. That is nothing but blasphemy. No, no, no. Allah is Satan.

Speaker: i don be fly a God Abraham, abram Isaac and Jacob is not Satan. How dare you? You know, I was so angry.

Speaker: And I'd write my life. Call me yourself. oh Call me yourself.

Speaker: But I did say, no, no no Allah is not God. And this happened to these people.

Speaker: No, but look, it's it's so true. And he said, the reality is even the Western world, you will sometimes hear and Westerners say, um oh, you know, Allah is another name for God. And I'm like, he really is.

Speaker: Allah does not want you to do things willingly. um Islam is built on surrender and submission under compulsion. And if you do not give in to the compelling, you're an infidel who gets killed. That's ah that's their doctrine. What is compelling? I don't understand the word compelling. To compel, it means to force.

Speaker: yeah youre you You force people to be subject or you kill them. That that is Islam and ah in a summary, in a nutshell.

Speaker: and And the same thing is happening all around the all around the Western nations today. and Not from the people always, but especially from the leaders. Letting in demonic worship and letting in people who, yeah, make your nation darker, make your nation more evil, put your people, especially women and children, more at risk and governments cover it up.

Speaker: I mean, the UK had a massive scandal there a few months ago. Now, to be honest, we've known for years that there were a massive gang sex rings targeting women and children UK. It's been obvious to anyone and trying who paid any attention to what was happening there.

Speaker: But eventually the government could no longer conceal it. Suddenly they the government had to address it. and but it's happening all around the nations.

Speaker: But I believe very strongly what David said here. If you obey the word of God, unswervingly, don't go to the right, don't go to the left, stay on the righteous road, you will see the goodness of God in the land of the living, you and your descendants. If you don't have children, the people come after you.

Speaker: Your whole nation. But if like Solomon you're like yeah yeah yeah yeah. But I'm gonna have 1,000 women on the side.

Speaker: But I'm okay with them worshipping the devil on that hill. But we're gonna kill children in this part of the country. Well we're gonna cut off little boys penis over here. Well the girls will dress them as boys.

Speaker: Jessica your new name is Derek. This kind of thing. What happens? Your nation falls into absolute decline. And what ultimately happens, actually, in Solomon's story, well, for his son, is his nation split in two. It went from being the kingdom of Israel in David's day, and then it split into the kingdom of Israel in the north, and the kingdom of Judah in the south.

Speaker: And that's why when you read the rest of the Old Testament, Israel and Judah are treated separately because the entire country split in two because of Solomon's sin.

Speaker: And his son continued to be wicked and evil, as Solomon had demonstrated. So um whatever we do, it's not just about us.

Speaker: Whatever we tolerate, it's not just about us. Whatever evil we make excuses for, it's not just about us. Whatever evil we participate in, it's not just about us.

Speaker: There are always ripple effects. There are always other consequences. There are always other casualties or fatalities. Maybe not the natural, but supernaturally.

Speaker: And that's why... We have to be so, so unswerving. It's why we can have a zero, we must have a zero tolerance policy for sin in our lives.

Speaker: And just as David gave all the instructions here God had given him, down to the bowls. I mean, if you have cereal for breakfast, you know, your Cocoa Pops, your Kellogg's,

Speaker: ah David literally got a Holy Spirit download about bones. That's how much detail God was putting into this. Every single detail is important.

Speaker: That's how we have to be in our lives. And for David, that was one building. um For us, is actually it's it's our entire life. It's everything about who we are and what we do.

Speaker: because there's a verse here that God just reminded me of late last night. And this will be the one we end on for today. It's 1 Corinthians, which in the New Testament, chapter 6, verses 19 to 20. 1 Corinthians,

Speaker: chapter six nineteen to twenty that temple that Solomon built does not exist anymore.

Speaker: But God has a, well, he has 2 billion better ones on earth today. Will you please read 19 and 20? Sorry, I would do you. Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?

Speaker: Who is in it? Who is in you? Whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You are bought at a price. Therefore, honor your God with your body.

Speaker: Amen. That temple was built with hundreds of billions of euros worth of gold, silver, bronze wood, 200,000 euros worth of iron.

Speaker: And yet God looks at human beings and says, you are worth the blood of Jesus. For David to build that cost him billions of euros.

Speaker: Hundreds of billions of euros. God doesn't care. God makes gold. God makes money. For God to make you a temple of Holy Spirit, he had to pay something far more expensive than gold.

Speaker: His son, Jesus Christ, had to get nailed to it. His blood poured out A crown of thorns put through his head.

Speaker: Insulting, expired, vinegary wine put in his mouth. A spear put through his heart. Forty whiplashes.

Speaker: Torture. Blasphemy with spit in his face. A show trial. ah court finding him guilty when he was innocent and they didn't even know what the crime was.

Speaker: You are a temple's worth the blood of Jesus. And the blood of Jesus in heaven's currency is far more expensive than gold.

Speaker: And God much prefers living in you than living in a temple. Because God lives in heaven. Yes, Holy Spirit is everywhere. Holy Spirit was technically in that temple that Solomon built.

Speaker: But, you know, he's everywhere. all at once, all the time. What he wants, what he desires, is to live in a human, to be at one with a human.

Speaker: And he says, you are his temple. When you are having a good day, when you're having a bad day, when you can see greatly, when you need to put on your glasses because you're squinting, when you have a mouth full of teeth,

Speaker: when you're wearing dentures, when you are strong for Jesus, when you're walking around like hunchback, you are a better, more precious, more expensive temple in God's currency than the one David got all those provisions for and spent billions on.

Speaker: That is how God sees you. And I think that's a very beautiful segue into communion. Amen. Amen. <unk> So everyone gets your communion elements?

Speaker: didn't have right hey yeah I've got the orange already, thanks, language

Speaker: I'm good. and Yeah, the flatbeds. And then involve the 3D so I'll have a good sandwich afterwards. upon gra to in the

Speaker: Yes, I was holding on to back walking and thought the way after some of that. There's just a couple of the week

Speaker: other week.

Speaker: Can follow up? No, I'm just checking. Yeah, there's a. Thanks. like

Speaker: Oh, Brenda, could I have prayer? Good, you can. Whenever. Yeah. Yep, yep. We'll do prayer in just a few minutes.

Speaker: Right.

Speaker: All right, Lord Jesus. Lord, I thank you for your words. I thank you, Lord Jesus, that

Speaker: you see us as a more precious temple than the one David and the leaders of Israel gave all that and all those billions of euros worth of treasure for.

Speaker: you Lord, we skimp and we scrape, we save for things that do not last on this earth, sometimes incredibly passionately.

Speaker: God, you sacrificed Jesus even more passionately for us while we were still sinners, while we were still evil, while we were still in the darkness.

Speaker: He gave showbread body for us and his blood to wash us clean, and to make us whole.

Speaker: to make us a temple of Holy Spirit.

Speaker: And right now, Lord God, in this place of unity, as we have these communion elements, we say thank you, we say we love you, and that we will be strong, mighty, not afraid, not discouraged, and we will be about the Father's business doing the work you have for us to do, knowing you'll never leave us or forsake us.

Speaker: In Jesus' name. Amen.

Speaker: All I'm going stop the recording before I start praying. um those of you watching on Zencaster, YouTube, or the virtual world, thanks so much for joining. Be with us next week for the death of King David.

Speaker: Dun-dun-dun!
