I Didn’t Quit Being Creative. I Just Stopped.

As kids, creativity is effortless — worlds spill out of us without permission. Then adulthood crowds in, and one day you realize you just… stopped. In this first episode of Epic Again, I trace how my own creative identity — built on science fiction, games, and worldbuilding — faded into the background, and how painting Warhammer 40K miniatures at the kitchen table with my daughter quietly reignited all of it.

This isn't a productivity pitch. It's about why making things again matters — for us, and for the kids watching us do it — and why the answer isn't a bigger system but smaller, messier acts of creative practice.
