On this week’s episode we discuss Oscar winning film director Bong Joon Ho’s (Parasite) Mickey 17, an adventurous, and at times darn right bonkers sci-fi comedy. Starring Robert Pattinson (The Batman) as the eponymous Mickey, who’s brilliant by the way, the film offers a chaotic take on so many themes it’s hard to pinpoint what Ho, or the film wants to say. But the filmmakers must be commended on bringing the novel to life in such vigorous fashion.
