We have finally rose from the ashes! (again)

After keeping ourselves in hiatus for almost 8 months (which is actually unplanned) due to super tight schedules, we are finally got ourselves back on track in the podcast world! And with that being said, this episode is our peace offering for all of Basta Listeners who are still with us up to this moment. So yes, game na ulit ang inyong Basta Hosts after the unexpected yet became purposeful rest the universe has given to us, and so behold, the basta topic itself.

Rest is not only just to lay down on your cozy and comfy be or couch, it could be something deeper than that. Kaya naman in this episode, let's talk about the importance of rest, how we usually do it and its benefits for our entire well-being.
