As if it wasn’t already difficult to recruit elite talent to the middle of the country, a recent study/analysis says Lincoln really isn’t that attractive for college kids

-Uh, oh—all those lists we see every year that put Lincoln as a top place to live in the country might not be representative of Gen Z and their college choices. A study/analysis by RentCafe.com places Lincoln at 119th in the country in terms of college towns

-They measure tuition/fees, cost of living, share of young adults, student-to-faculty ratio, graduation rate and more—and several B1G cities ranked high (East Lansing – 6th; Ann Arbor – 9th; Bloomington – 11th; and West Lafayette – 19th)
