We are smack dab in the middle of tax season, and college athletes appear above the law more than ever before

-Schools in Texas, Florida and Tennessee have no state income tax, which theoretically should give them an advantage in trying

to get players to go to their schools

-This is not new as we brought this up in past months, but more schools in states---like Mississippi—passed a no tax on NIL

bill…these athletes really are above the law
