The FFXIV's Mods Situation Addressed by Yoshi-P & Fan Fest Announcement

What a week! Yoshi-P has announced the next Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival - ending speculation about when and where it may happen. But as usual, the announcement has spawned more speculation about patch pacing etc, and we discuss it all. Yoshi-P also released an announcement about mods and plugins in FFXIV following the drama surrounding the shutdown of Mare Synchronos.
