Anyway, anyway, we move up. um So today's podcast, we're not just going to be chatting about my earphone problems. We are going to be chatting about the weekend's WSL results and the increasingly spicy relegation battle between Palace and Villa.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um We'll be looking ahead to today and tomorrow's ah Women's Champions League first leg court final matchups. um And last but not least, um how can Ted Lasso help Deloitte's recent prediction that women's sports global revenue will reach new heights in 2025?

Global Sports Podcast Network: Hello. Without further ado, what do we have first? We've got the WSL. A weird split of of Friday and Sunday matches due to some League Cup action. But um first of us kick kicking us off on Sunday was... um Palace and Villa when um Palace, so I would say surprised everyone, but you know, surprised me, that's for sure, by actually managing to win for the only the second time this whole season.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um Pretty convincingly as well, I hear. What do you think?
Paige: yeah Yeah, I mean, I think they were 2-0 up, late goal, 85th minute for Villa, and then they sort of secured the win late on in stoppage time. And I think we've seen, you know, elements of Palace...
Paige: sort of showing what they're capable of throughout the season, but just never really quite getting there. um I obviously think, you know, the game on Sunday was a massive fixture for them, wasn't it?
Paige: You know, literally playing the team that sat just directly above them. um I think it was really important that they kind of got something out of the out of the season.
Paige: and and I think, yeah, it's going to be difficult for them to stay in the top flight. That's for sure. But I think having kind of picked up those, those three points, maybe, maybe that could be like a bit of a Kickstarter to just even a little bit of a run of form. I don't think that by any means they're going to, they're going to stay in the WSL this year, but also i think that they'll just want to try and push it as long as they can sort of delay potentially that inevitable,
Paige: and you know get get a bit of ah of good results going. There was a good attendance at the at the game this weekend, 1,130, which I think is quite good for you know someone battling like that. Can they give those fans something to to celebrate?
Paige: as the kind of last few games and the run into the end of the season comes. You know, they've got a tough fixture against Everton coming up next weekend, this weekend, um which I mean, Everton are always a difficult team to play against, I think, but they've had a bit of a mismatch of form recently.

Paige: So I think that there's definitely opportunities For them to maybe do something, we'll see. We'll see whether that's giving them the confidence that they need to kind of push on and see if they can get anything out of their next fixture.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah, i I hope so for them. I always think it's a bit of a shame, um you know, come up, do all the hard work, put the hard in hard work in to get the top flight and then go straight back down in it again.
Global Sports Podcast Network: So I hope they get something out of it. And, um you know, maybe the... um the We're onto the topic of the new manager bounce a little bit at the minute. Maybe that helped a bit.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um It was always a bit psychological, isn't it? I know they they yeah they sacked off Laura Kaminsky at the start of the month um and got a bit of new fresh ideas maybe, or just, don't know, new way of looking at things.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um I know that Aniak now, and the the defender for Palace, she's been out for 470 days, which is a long ass time to be out. And it seems to immediately have an impact.
Global Sports Podcast Network: and Strong performance, got a goal in there.
Paige: Yeah.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um Yeah, fingers crossed for Palace. But also, poor Villa, man. and not They're not looking great either. We'll see what happens there.
Paige: yeah
Global Sports Podcast Network: um But yeah, new manager bounce um seems to be the trend. tis the Tis the time of the season, isn't it? um Is it time that some other teams need freshen it up as well?
Global Sports Podcast Network: I think it's a struggle with, think bit heavy handed sometimes to just, oh, the team's not performing. Let's sack the manager. um This close to the end of the run, really. But I don't know.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Seems to be working for some people. And ah Tottenham are in trouble. The other game that happened on Sunday, Tottenham-Brighton, 1-0 to Brighton.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um Fourth consecutive loss for Tottenham. Not looking good, is it?
Paige: it's not. um But I think it's tough with Spurs, you know, because... The club that Tottenham is, and you know this is from the men's and the women's side, this they've got such a great infrastructure of stuff, right? Brand new stadium that obviously I recognise is not you know purely for the women or or actually are all for the women really, but like everything that kind of comes with that.
Paige: You just expect, I think, a little bit more from from Spurs across the board really. like I expect them to do better in the Prem and I expected them to... to sort of sit a bit higher in the WSL really. And I think, as you say, you know, the last four results have been pretty shocking for them. And I think it's not even a case of them, you know, having all that tough of a fixtures. um But I just don't see that they can kind of find that run that I think a lot of teams need this late in the season. They...
Paige: they It's difficult to say it really is, but, you know, they're getting pretty pretty battered by Arsenal almost every single time. There's there's there's nothing that that you can say, OK, well, they're getting closer to the top because they're kind of not all their other sort of fixtures.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Mm-hmm.
Paige: Yeah. you know they're They're a bit lower scoring. They're kind of close, but like just not quite hitting. um But I think potentially you know the next couple games that they've got, West Ham, Leicester, Villa, they could potentially do something against those those three teams that kind of put them...
Paige: you know change their look a little bit um and potentially you know give them something to look forward to for the rest of the season. you know Those teams, you would think on paper, are quite beatable in terms of where they sit in the league.
Paige: They then come up against Liverpool, which if Liverpool's form continues, might be you know the the toughest test that they've got in the last few games running in.
Global Sports Podcast Network: yeah and Yeah, there's just not that final, not that final punch to get them about.
Paige: But Yeah, Spurs really frustrate me because I actually think they've got a really, really great squad. I think they've got a really great bunch of individuals. But for some reason, it's just not clicking. Yeah.
Global Sports Podcast Network: I mean, was being a bit mean, their they're seventh in the table, they're solid mid-table, they're not in they're not in in trouble, trouble, 17 points, you know, they're not looking like they're going to sink down. But you're yeah, you're right, why why aren't they challenging? that They're just not challenging the way that I'd expect.
Paige: yeah
Global Sports Podcast Network: a team with their, well, not financial backing, but they you'd expect them to have improved somewhat and they seem to have just just be happy to trundle along mid-table for the last few seasons.
Paige: Yeah.
Paige: Yeah.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um
Paige: They've had a few tough fixtures, you know, the last few games they've played Tottenham. Sorry, they've played United. They've played Arsenal, City, Brighton are never easy to to play against.
Paige: um And I think, you know, based on sort of the last six fixtures, the toughest challenge realistically would probably the Chelsea game. And I think they could probably get something out of the others. Liverpool might be a little bit tougher, but just based on, you know recent form and the changing manager and changing sort of shape and stuff that they've had. But...
Paige: I think if they can pick up a few more points across you know the next six games, it'll probably be a slightly different season. But again, I i do think that they should be up there. They shouldn't be you know where they sit in the table.
Paige: They should be pushing top five. And again, it just seems like they just seem to sort of fall off and become that kind of mid-table team that I don't think the fans expect and I don't think they're probably the club expects.

Paige: So so where's it going wrong? what What sort of... What's sort of causing that, I guess.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah, interesting. But fair play to Brighton as well for for getting a win.
Paige: Yeah, exactly that.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um First win in seven, I think, for them. um They're another interesting team. Yeah, they are a difficult team to play against, as you say. i was surprised to hear they hadn't won in seven, actually. I thought they'd been doing...
Global Sports Podcast Network: I think they had such a strong start at the beginning of the season. Maybe I've just, you know, recently biased or whatever, just forgot that they they were struggling.
Paige: Yeah.
Global Sports Podcast Network: But I think... um Kirby's back, isn't she? Back from injury. um I think she's scored the goal actually in that game.
Paige: Yeah, they've had a tough run of fixtures.
Global Sports Podcast Network: So maybe that's the difference, just having that experience and that control in the middle. But who knows?
Paige: Played Chelsea, got got a draw out of Chelsea, which is never an easy feat, especially you know with how Chelsea are performing. but Yeah, I think Brighton will, like you said, self so set the standard really early in in the league and have kind of dwindled off a little bit. But I think some um big performances and they've got some really tough games coming up.
Paige: City, Liverpool and Arsenal all in their last six fixtures. So it's going to be a tough tough end of the season for them as well in comparison to sort of Spurs, like we've just said. So we'll see how it goes, hey?
Global Sports Podcast Network: yeah Yeah, that 5, 6, 7 spot, it's going to be an interesting one, I think. I mean, obviously, we can just sort – you can always split the table into two bits, really, isn't it?
Global Sports Podcast Network: It's like, right, top four, who's going to get where, and then the rest of them.
Paige: yeah
Global Sports Podcast Network: So, Brighton currently winning the race of the rest of them.
Paige: yeah maybe can split into three soon it'd be top four sort middle four and then the bottom three just tend to be sort of there it's frustrating

Global Sports Podcast Network: All right. um We're back. We're back for part two. um And we're moving away from... ah The WSL, when we're going straight to international, we've got the Champions League quarterfinals first legs this week, Paige. We've got some spicy matchups.
Global Sports Podcast Network: And, um I mean, I say we're moving away from the WSL. We've still got three teams in there, so that's pretty good, isn't it? um so So today we've got Real Madrid versus Arsenal and Bayern Munich versus... a li kt I'm not going to say it, Lyon.
Paige: and picking their nose.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Lyon. Lyon. um So, yeah, we'll start with today. Arsenal still, still to this day, um the only English teams to win the Women's Champions League um in good old 2007.
Global Sports Podcast Network: The heydays, the heydays they were. I remember them well. um What do we think this time around? Have they got it in them?
Global Sports Podcast Network: That's a no. That's a no then, is it? Yeah.
Paige: For Alka, I want to say yes, but
Global Sports Podcast Network: ah
Paige: I'm just not hugely confident. I don't know. going to be on the fence. I don't know. i think i think they'll give, i think tonight ought or tomorrow?
Paige: to- Tomorrow? No, tonight, yeah.
Global Sports Podcast Network: today bra madri Is today. is today.
Paige: Today, early kick-off. Oh, hate early kick-offs.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah. Mm-hmm.
Paige: Like, 5.45. I guess, obviously, the time difference. But, uh.

Paige: and I think the big positive that I see is that the second leg is at home. And I think if Arsenal need to do a job, the atmosphere that can be created, the fans, went once they get behind once they get behind them like...
Paige: I think anything's possible, but I'm just, I'm uncertain as to what that fixture could probably do away from home in the first instance. Like, I think if Real Madrid really, really reached the heights that they're capable of, then could it be goodnight, God bless type vibes?

Paige: Or if Arsenal, you know, put in an outstanding performance away from home, which I think is definitely what's needed, It could be like a really great and open game next week.
Paige: So i think...
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah. So the one we're waiting for really is next week.
Paige: and
Global Sports Podcast Network: This this could go either way and then hopefully Arsenal are going to smash it out when they're back home. Yeah.
Paige: Yeah, yeah. Obviously I want them to do well, you know, as ah as an English team. And I think it's important that English teams start to... to really do well within these European tournaments.
Paige: And I mean, domestically, I think national team-wise, we're kind of solid with that regard. But I think it's important that we start to sort of really see success in the Champions League, which to me as ah you know as an avid football fan growing up, Champions League has always been sort of the real defining point as to where your clubs sit.
Paige: in terms of like the overall picture.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah.
Paige: You can be outstanding in your own domestic league and then do absolutely nothing in Champions League. And I think that's where the real question marks come. like Why is that not translating across? And I think it's time that like another English team did something.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah.
Paige: And I think Arsenal seem to want it so bad.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yes.
Paige: and That could either be a really positive or a really negative side, though, because then the moment the the sort of everything could kind of get to them or they could just absolutely take them all by the horns and smash it.
Global Sports Podcast Network: My God, they're trying.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah. Yeah, I think, yeah, i ah I'm going to watch this one, I think. I don't always, I won't lie. um i'm good I think this will be an interesting match, um specifically Real Madrid and Arsenal. I think Real Madrid, yeah, it's like,
Global Sports Podcast Network: it's It's always, I think this is where the WSL being, well, I say not as we'd swig well before, not all of it is competitive. The top four of WSL is competitive, but all the other leagues that we've got, we see the other teams that are in these quarterfinals.
Global Sports Podcast Network: It's a one-horse race, really. I know that, so Barcelona and Real Madrid, Barcelona thumped Real Madrid 5-0 the other week um and is... I can't remember the my head, but I think like a minimum of 10 points clear um in their league. And um I know that Bayern is top of their league.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Lyon is top of their league. And Chelsea, obviously, top of WSL. But at least it's competitive. um You know... and it's been more competitive I'm sure this this year I think I think if it's going to be an English team this year i think it's going to be Chelsea ah just I just can't see it I can't see it going Arsenal's way um I hope that they get into the semis I I do think they have it in them I do think as like the edge competitively and how much they just want it will take them past Real Madrid um
Paige: yeah yeah
Global Sports Podcast Network: and having the home fixture next week, as we as we've said. But if they if it gets to a semi-final or a final meet in between Arsenal and Chelsea, as we've seen um this season already, Chelsea going do it.
Paige: Yeah. I think of all the English clubs, Chelsea will be the likely ah likely side to sort of push it all the way. um
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah. Yeah.
Paige: i mean, you know, when City played Barca, was it 3-0, I think? It's...
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yep.
Paige: you kind of think three three goals, I think, is ah is a is a significant amount. You know, I think three is a you know, we've gone and we've done the business.
Global Sports Podcast Network: It's quite more than two.
Paige: Well, it is. But, like, always think 2-0 is, you know, they're still hoping it. You get a goal back, depending on the minute.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah.
Paige: You know what i mean? But 3-0 is quite ah quite a ah convincing win, I think, in football.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah.
Paige: if you Even if, you know, obviously, like, 6-7 is a convincing win. But, like, 3-0 kind of... just really sets the cat among the pigeons. Is that the word? I think you you, you know, you've done the mustard.
Paige: I i don't think I used it in the right way. Did I?
Global Sports Podcast Network: I'm enjoying these analogies. Please continue.
Paige: You know, you've done the mustard when like it's a three nil win.
Global Sports Podcast Network: yeah ah um
Paige: I think.
Global Sports Podcast Network: You set the mustard amongst the cats? Is that the... Anyway, yeah.
Paige: i think if cats ate mustard, they would be not too healthy.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah. It would cause an appropriate amount of chaos.
Paige: Yeah. um So I think,

Paige: I think, you know, they've convincingly beat City. Okay, yes, league fixture. City probably already knew based on their previous results that, you know, they they were going through. ah But I do think if anyone's going to do anything, it will likely be Chelsea.
Paige: um

Paige: And I'm sorry, Arsenal fans, because, yeah, I know you all want it so bad. You all want it so, so bad. But I... i I think they might do Madrid, but I don't think, you know, should they come up against Barca at any point, even if that is the final, I I don't think it's going happen, honey.

Paige: I don't.
Global Sports Podcast Network: No. But hey, I mean, ah it's not um it' not written yet. City still have to play Chelsea tomorrow. um What, the second game of their four games against each other in the space of two weeks or something ridiculous.
Paige: Yeah.
Paige: Yeah.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um The first of which was on Saturday. Obviously, Chelsea... came out the winners in that one, ah won the cup.
Paige: yeah
Global Sports Podcast Network: But it was it was at the expense of an own goal, you know? So it's not like they didn't absolutely... There was no three nils here. There was no mustards or pigeons involved in this game.
Paige: yeah yeah
Global Sports Podcast Network: It was a close one, at least on the scoreline.

Paige: yeah
Global Sports Podcast Network: And I do always think it's a shame when it's this repetitive when teams play each other this much, but it's also quite interesting to see, you know, what can they learn? What can they learn each time?
Global Sports Podcast Network: but How can they mix it up um tactically to make sure that they don't get found out? I think it will be a really interesting test um for Chelsea because but they've got a lot. They've got a lot of people on that bench to mix things up, though, don't they? So,
Paige: I mean, and one one woman in particular who, you know, hasn't really made her stamp her impact on, you know, Chelsea's season so far, but is certainly capable, and that's Sam Kerr.
Paige: She's named in the Champions League squad.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yes. Do you think she's going to make an appearance?
Paige: i mean, it it would be a great game to come and do something, wouldn't it? But...
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah. yeah yeah
Paige: um Maybe they'll save her for the ah for the home fixture on you know on the off chance that they need it. But I think... Yeah, I agree. You know, playing playing teams so consistently throughout a season, yeah, you don't love to see it, but it also can kind of challenge from like a tactical perspective, um you know, from that real managerial side.
Paige: Like, how do we break down the opposition that we know so well? How do we break down the players that we play week in, week out, that we see week in, week out, we share a national team with, etc.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yep.
Paige: And I think when it comes to games like that, and especially important games and important sort tournaments, that is the Champions League, you know, across two fixtures. Again, I think I always love being the home side.
Paige: I say this and we just got beat, but I always love being the home side for the second leg because I know if you've got work to do, chances are,

Global Sports Podcast Network: Yep.
Paige: you'll do it at home. and Liverpool are the anomaly in this situation, OK? You put Darlene Nunes on a second penalty, you expect to get beat.
Global Sports Podcast Network: oh
Paige: But i think generally speaking, if you've got that home crowd behind you for a second leg, no matter what the scoreline is, we've seen it history gone by, like there are there are massive rewards to be had from that.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yep.
Global Sports Podcast Network: yeah
Paige: So I think anyone that's got that second leg fixture at home, Arsenal, Chelsea, Arsenal, leon But I think that might be already game set match, to be fair. I don't see Bayern doing all that much. Barcelona-Wolfsburg, again, you'd probably, from a Wolfsburg perspective, you'd want to be Wolfsburg at home second leg, wouldn't you?
Paige: Just on the off chance that something could be happening.
Global Sports Podcast Network: you would be on the offstands.
Paige: um i think i think the fixtures weigh quite heavily to the probably the winners, the second leg fixtures. I think the second leg fixture, the home team will win.
Paige: in each of those four, I don't see too much disparity happening.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Mm-hmm.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah.
Paige: So, you know.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Straight off the cuff, before the quarterfinals kick off, who we seeing in the final?
Paige: ah
Paige: ah Do we know sort of the the side of the draw?
Global Sports Podcast Network: ah Good point, no.
Paige: Because that's going to determine a few things. All right, I'm going to go Barca-Chelsea final if all aligns well.
Global Sports Podcast Network: You're right.
Paige: I'm going to Lyon to beat Arsenal if that's the fixture. And Chelsea will beat Wolfsburg. i Yeah, I think it'll be a Bayern-Chelsea final um if that's kind of how the the ah league lines up.
Paige: Yeah. And I think that will be a really great game. i'm I'm uncertain that Chelsea, I think Chelsea on their day could could pull something out the bag miraculously.

Paige: And I hope that they do, because I think, like I said, for for English football, for women's football, in the Champions League, we're due a win. We're due a big win. And I think that could be it.

Paige: Do you know what i mean? Like we we see it so often in the men's games and now having women's football being shown, you know, i love even seeing so many adverts like there's ah the Amazon advert where you like can kind of get anything.
Paige: I love just seeing more and more representation of women's sports and especially women's football.

Paige: And yeah, favorite show, Tadlet.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah, I know.
Paige: So yeah.
Global Sports Podcast Network: I'm well excited. and I think, um I mean, it's kind of, they tried to do it little bit before with Welcome to Wrexham. I know that they focused a little bit on the, i that's real life, but anyway, they focused a little bit on the women's team there. It wasn't like the full focus, but it was in there.
Paige: Yeah.
Global Sports Podcast Network: And that was great to have that like exposure, especially for like a non-league club such as Wrexham. That's fantastic. But yeah, to ah such a high profile show like Ted Lasso, putting it in, it's, and God, it's so good.
Global Sports Podcast Network: ah It's a show and it's got fantastic strong women, female friendships, like relationships and just like absolutely smashing everything in the sports world, which is so you see women from the business side as well.
Global Sports Podcast Network: um
Paige: yeah
Global Sports Podcast Network: Now you to from the sports side.
Paige: That's what i think they did great. That's what think they did great in that, in those seasons is that they put the women in power, right?
Global Sports Podcast Network: And. and
Paige: know She was incredible leading that club and like just the, the woman that she was like, it's mad and it's great to see.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yep.
Paige: So sorry, just carry on.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Yeah, no, I'm excited to see you what they're going to do. And also with the the previous season of Ted Lasso, and it it wasn't just the football, right? It was like the how do the players feel and like how have they struggled with like being away with home or their relationship struggles or their sexuality or, and you know, there's a whole different range of things. What are they going to focus on with the women? Because it obviously there is the winning and the losing of women.
Global Sports Podcast Network: the football matches, but that's not really what Ted Lasso is about. So I'm really excited to see what they're going to touch on, what topics they're going to cover. It's going to be this generation's Bend It Like Beckham, right?
Paige: a Oh, another of my favourite, favourite films. um Yeah, exactly that. Who would you like to see make an appearance?
Global Sports Podcast Network: Oh, who do we think will, I mean, surely they will rope in some of the US Women's National Team favourites. They've got to bring in Megan Rapinoe, surely. They're probably going to wang in Alex Morgan in there somewhere because of that crossover of American and English.
Global Sports Podcast Network: who Who would you like to see?
Paige: I honestly would love to see some like championship players because i think I think there's quite a few championship players that have a really, really great individual following and I think are really powerful for their club.
Global Sports Podcast Network: Hmm.
Paige: And I think that it could really elevate probably their own image individually, but also the image of like the lower side of like everything is always focused on the WSL. and i don't And I don't know that like, obviously depending on when it's being filmed, et cetera, but I don't know how many WSL pro clubs are going to be like, hey, yeah, take our players, potentially go get them injured. Do you know what I mean?
Paige: I think they'll make, you know, little little appearances here and there.

Paige: um But I'd love to see, yeah, just like some championship girls. And I can't think what her name is, but I follow her on TikTok and I love... Oh, what's her name?
Paige: She was at Birmingham and now she's just moved to Southampton, plays for the Jamaican national team. oh what is her name?

Global Sports Podcast Network: corporation have decided that um they think that ah the women's sport global revenue will reach new heights in 2025. And surely shows like led Ted Lasso are only going to help that. But there was an interesting stat that FIFA have recently done a done a survey, um surveying 669 clubs from 101 different territories around the world.
Global Sports Podcast Network: And the average salary for players worldwide is £8,500 year.
Paige: crazy
Global Sports Podcast Network: the so bring it Ted Lasso pay the people to come in and be in your show stunt doubles um you know featured extras like stars of the show find some people who can act um and just get the recognition bring that up that is the most depressing thing I've read all year that's not really true but it's quite depressing still in context in context yeah um
Paige: yeah it is in this kind of conversation yeah 100% <unk> The girl I was meeting is Siobhan Wilson, Shiv Wilson. She's on socials and Instagram, TikTok.
Paige: She's like a little PT. She's a Birmingham player, but she's currently on loan at Saints. She plays the Jamaican national team. Personality, energy is just, it's hitting. And I think that she would be like a really cool character in a Ted Lasso type environment.

Paige: So yeah, Shiv would be, would be a great one. Um, But i yeah, I just think it would be just fun to kind of introduce some of those championship players, you know, who are potentially making the next steps within the women's game, bringing them up into the WSL.

Paige: I mean, yeah, I just think it could be fun. i don't know how many would. And I also think, yeah, like you said, that that kind of crossover between, you know, America and and the UK, like that stateside vibe, bringing you know, I'd love, imagine like Abby Wambach coming into coach or like,

Paige: um

Paige: ah Brandy Chastain or like someone like legendary like that just to come in and like do the biz um I think would be really cool and I think it would educate you know the consumer a little bit as to where football started in terms of you know the success that America had back in you know the 90s and the 2000s and you know why it's so massive out in the States and maybe you know we're we're slowly but surely getting to where it was and it is in the States but yeah

Paige: Yeah, that crossover could be real fun. And yeah, I'm so excited. And I think it would be great. And I hope they really do do it justice. And it isn't one of those that you're like, oh i wish you'd have just stopped at season three and never really brought the women's team.
