Now any information about mental health in the form of podcast is normally really good for me because when I'm listening to podcasts, I'm in the mood to be more attentive and to just soak up new information. So this is one that I'm really looking forward to.

We just wrapped up the national suicide prevention week and I think that this continued discussion on this topic and as many platforms as we can provide will always be super helpful for people out there. This episode says that it'll go into how therapy works and why it's worth it so I'm looking forward to starting my week off with this a new fresh perspective so check out science versus and let me know what you think on social media.

Moving on to seat number two, I'm listening to Women of Wild and Out. Now this is hosted by B Simone and Pretty V. The episode is entitled The Lovely Mimi. Excuse me. I'm really excited about this Wild and Out podcast because I haven't checked out a real comedy pop culture podcast.

And I think that it's dope that a show like Wild'N Out can still translate really well in the podcast format. I love that it's the ladies first kind of thing there. I love that Nick put that put that together for them and let them kind of have their own lane and you know, hold the mic that way.

I also think it's going to be hilarious one because the people that are on there, but also because they're really big social media personality. So it's right under an hour. I'm looking forward to laughing a bit and listening to some controversial Congress conversation. It also looks like just with the mess is published there as well. Excuse me, the episode is entitled the OJ Simpson trial or runaway grand jury. So off the top, this just stood out to me because the podcast is called You're Wrong About and it's trying to convince you that you're wrong about something. So it's giving you a different side of that. So right off the gate, I'm like, I just have to listen to it. Now the OJ Simpson podcast, I'm sorry, not podcast, the topic of it is really interesting to me because I was in first grade when this whole trial happened and I went to a black school in Chicago.

And they put us down for nap time and basically just turned to trial on TV. And of course, I was a kid that wasn't gonna sleep. I was gonna fake it and just, you know, kind of peek and watch it through there. And they went crazy. I mean, bananas crazy, like clapping and jumping up and down, all that kind of stuff when he was found not guilty. So I've always wanted to look back and actually like understand what was happening in the case. And I really haven't had a chance to do that. So this podcast kind of opens the door to
