Known for brutally murdering and dismembering his victims' bodies, Boggia's motive was not for sexual pleasure or power but purely for financial gain. He used his skills as a building contractor and his ability to speak multiple languages to deceive his victims. Despite inquiries into the disappearances, Boggia managed to evade suspicion for over a decade. When he was eventually caught and sentenced to death by hanging.
