Madhav is a graduate of Delhi University and hails from the city of Delhi.

Straight after schooling, he started his own chain of cloud kitchen restaurants along with his college education. This was the foundation layer for him to start ZFW Dark Stores.

He ran the cloud kitchen business for 6-7 years, before pivoting to the dark store model and starting afresh.
