This episode features a conversation with my guest, Floyd "Skip" Branch III.

Skip is an alumnus of Middlebury College, class of 2006. He is a native New Yorker from Harlem, but currently resides in Baltimore Maryland and is father to two boys, Kayden 8 and Elijah 7. Skip is a special education supervisor and has worked for Montgomery County Public Schools for 6 years. He has future aspirations to be an administrator serving as a principal or assistant principal.

Prior to this conversation, Skip and I had reconnected for the first time in 15 years, and he graciously accepted the invitation to share a and talk about his fatherhood journey.
