Yeah, it was like, it was forever. It was until like six o'clock in the morning. We got there at like eight o'clock at night. We didn't leave this place until 6 AM and we were locked in. But we did an overnight stay in the Missouri State Penitentiary. And if you've never heard of it, it is nicknamed the bloodiest 47 acres in America. So just to start that off and then

I'm trying to remember, like I know there was like dumb little things that happened, like that light bulb exploded when we were all sitting in like the waiting room waiting for it to start. But I still think the thing that really just stuck in my brain was the fact that they didn't even know that they had left us in the basement.

Oh my god, yes. And like, for any listeners who have not been to the Missouri State Penitentiary, when Tiffany says the basement, it is more like a fucking dungeon. I mean, it is a dungeon. It was literally a dungeon. It was the area where they put like the criminally insane people, so their cells were

Um, solid doors with no windows. There was no, was there a window? I don't think there was a window. There was no windows. Yeah. So there was no windows period. So it's pitch black and you know, they had lights on when we went down there initially, but they broke our groups up.

where we all went into cell, each of our groups went into a cell and like closed the door most of the way. So you're sitting in complete darkness in the cell and then they shut off the lights in the hallway. So we were just like literally sitting in pitch black and we could hear like little noises of the other groups and stuff every now and then, but for the most part, it was like silent and dark. And there was a lot of shit happening in our cell.

Anyways, and there was a point like, I think it was you and me where it was like completely blocked out. We couldn't see anything. And then Anthony, and she, our ex friend, were like, you guys are insane. I can see this. And we're like, no, we literally can't see shit. So there was like weird shit like that happening. And usually in that situation, your body adjusts, like your eyes adjust to the darkness. And at the very least, you're able to make out outlines or shapes of things that never happened.

And it just, I remember you were like holding up because your, your hands, since you've had gold in the dark nail polish on, or like it wasn't nail polish, it was the nail stickers or whatever. Yeah. And you were like, no, I'm literally holding them out. And I was just like, because they were like a source of light. Yeah.

So like for those that haven't been basically you go and you're split into groups and like each group has a tour guide and like mediums and tools or whatever and they take you on a short tour what it's probably like a two hour of the eight hours tour through the present to show you all the different areas and tell you what they were for and

like some of the history, and then you're set on your own for like six hours. You're locked into this prison, you can't leave, but you can explore pretty much anywhere. Yeah. And so we were like, after all this happened, because this happened on the guided tour portion. So afterwards, we were like, let's go back down to the basement with the little ghost thing.

And we were like, do you remember Anthony was like holding the thing and it kept turning red like something was there. And he asked it a question and it said your wife and then it went back green so that the present wasn't there. And, you know, for those of you don't know, like the Missouri state penitentiary, like history, there was a huge, what was it, cholera outbreak or something like that? I think so. there was a terrible outbreak in the prison to the point where like all of these inmates died and they buried them in what is now the parking lot. Yeah. And they can't ever like tear up the parking lot and repay that or anything because there's a chance that all of these bodies that have been infected with cholera could re infect. Yep.

This one it's like it's, I can't remember, there's two different versions. So there's one where they can speak it and it'll speak the word, like a spirit box or something.

No. And then, um, like I even remember at one time, like, you know, our house was like an older, like ranch style home.

I wanted to talk about the Crescent Hotel and Eureka Springs because I went there with Julia and we did a bunch of ghosty shit, but we had some crazy experiences while we were there.

And so he would start their treatment and very few people actually walked out of this building. Most of them are buried out back on the property. Well, not anymore. They like excavated all of that.

And the families would send money to help their family member out with their cancer treatments, not knowing that person's already dead. There's still specimens in formaldehyde that were found in the basement of this hotel. And it's part like you get to go into a morgue that's under the hotel as part of the hospital. And the first night she woke up cause we stayed in there for two, two nights, I think.
