#223 - Self-Responsibility & Healing
This episode might piss some people off. Then intention is to awaken you to look at the bigger picture when it comes to health & the role we must play in our own healing. We don't know what we don't know, but if we choose to stay in the dark, I don't believe we will have the best outcome.
Things are hitting a critical level in the healthcare system (as they have for years) but we can't pretend any longer. We need to get honest & see the facts that the current allopathic medical model, is an interventional, life-saving system when you're in an emergency situation. It is incredible at that. But it is not built for the chronic lifestyle dis-eases that most people are facing. The 'band-aid' approach is not working. Managing symptoms is not working.
We need to wake up & take our health & our responsibility to ourselves seriously. We need to wake up & look at root level, holistic healing from multiple angles. And we need to change our internal environment in order to make it conducive to healing.
