About Brianna Campbell:

Brianna Campbell is a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) born and raised in Long Island, New York. Brianna holds a deep appreciation for community counseling and multiculturally competent healthcare. Brianna has served clientele in New York State ranging from 7 to 65 years of age and has assisted them in regaining a sense of power in their narratives and reassuming the executive seat in their lives. Brianna takes pride in empowering her fellow emerging clinicians through a counseling community page she founded on Instagram in 2021 by the name of Counselor In Progress. Brianna's biggest influences in the field of counseling include Brené Brown, Esther Perel, Kirk Honda, Mary Ainsworth, and John Bowlby. When she doesn't have her nose in the DSM-IV Brianna enjoys Master Chef marathons, interior design, and immersing herself in a good audiobook.

About Hakeem Rahim:

Hakeem Rahim, Ed.M, M.A. had the honor of being the first African-American male valedictorian in his high school’s history. He graduated with a BA in psychology from Harvard University, and dual masters from Columbia University’s Teacher’s College.

In 2012, Hakeem began openly sharing his journey with mental illness. Since then he has testified in front of the House of Representatives and the Senate, been featured in USA Today and has shared his journey with nearly 100,000 college, high school and middle school students. He is a TEDx speaker, author and recorded spoken word artist.

In 2016, Hakeem founded I Am Acceptance, Inc, a 501 c 3 non-profit focused on empowering the next generation around mental wellness. I Am Acceptance impacted thousands of students across the country.

Hakeem is the founder and CEO of Live Breathe, LLC and Co-founder of OMA, a digital experience for young people enabling high wellness and high performance. Hakeem rose from struggling with illness in college to become a leading mental health advocate. Today he will share key concepts around mental health, wellness, acceptance and how you can apply them to your life.
