When Will We Finally Get New Scriptures?

Many new scriptures have been promised to us before the second coming like: the book of the brother of jared, the book of ether and it's completeness, the 2/3 is sealed part of the book of Mormon, the entire heel of documents in the Hill cumorah, the brass plates, the records of the Lost ten tribes, the records of the islands, and so many more lost sheep that had their profits and wrote. Where are those records? And will we finally see at least one of them sometime soon?
