It’s time for a B1G Power Rankings update…how close is Indiana to surpassing Ohio State on top, and how far does Penn State fall now?

Indiana will be ranked 2nd likely by The Stool today, but there’s every argument imaginable for why they should be first…is an Ohio State/Indiana B1G title game imminent? 

As for Penn State…0-3 in conference play with losses to UCLA and Northwestern…they could easily move to dead last IF NOT for the horrendous Wisconsin Badgers. Are we ready to rank Wisconsin dead last?
