And i want to share first a little bit about my story, just as we get things kicked off here. because i am a completely different entrepreneur than I was when I started Social Selling Simplified. And really, Social Selling Simplified was all about being really authentic in your social media and all the things really needed to grow your business when you have a business that relies on social

And i did all the things, you know, just a quick little bit on my story. i built a seven figure business with 7,016 followers.

And it actually happened quite quickly. In true business fashion, the first three years was really about getting to that 10k a month consistently.

And that felt like it took a lot of effort to figure that out. But then once I i had that figured out, then ten k a month to 30K a month, it only took about six months.

And then from there, it was like another six months before we had our first month.
Avoiding Burnout and Building Foundations

So learning how to build a business and what the right things to do in the right order really became an important part of my story. I was able to shortcut and really fast track my success.

But in doing so, i felt like I really got stuck. i I built a business that eventually sort of ended up feeling inauthentic and maybe...

I had, you know, built this big team and I was working with a lot of my family members. And there were all these things that it definitely created a lot of pressure.

And it ended up being something that I had to take a step back from. So it really became, you know, a place that I i felt burnt out.

I felt that I had been maybe a little bit more chasing and i had brought people onto our team that maybe didn't feel authentic to the vision and then getting stuck in that.

comparison trap. This for me is really a fresh start. It's a ah fresh start to really get back to basics. And that's where I really loved helping business owners and entrepreneurs was really at the foundation and then being able to build on a really great foundation.
Intentional Business Building vs. Trends

ah When I first started, i didn't have a strategy problem. i had seen what a lot of the gurus were doing. And i i studied that. My background is health and fitness. And specifically in the training department, I started my career as a personal trainer and then moved you know, quickly into management, but then also like teaching people in the company, like at the beginner level, how to sell and then general managers, how to manage. And when it came to business, to me, it was always like, I need to break this down into very actionable steps.

Because when I can teach something, I learn it you know, at a much, much deeper level. It's like, you know, that second phase of learning when you can teach it. So when I was first getting started, i didn't have a strategy problem.

It was more so, you know, I think strategy is cheap, to be honest. You know, there's so many people that talk about it. There's so much overwhelm around it. I really had a foundation problem. You know, the industry really does sell these constant tactics, you know, new offers, new funnels, new hacks, but nobody really, really talks about sequencing.

And where do you start first? I think a lot of us can get caught up in that shiny object syndrome. You know, we're always chasing the next thing. We're watching other people do reels and feeling like, oh, I need to do more of that. And we're just, we're constantly chasing instead of really being intentional about what do I want to do?

How do I want to build my business so that this fills me up and I feel great about what I've done? so Those are really the lessons that I want to share on this podcast is how to be intentional in building because, you know, I've seen what can happen in the, you know, when you build just to build and then all of a sudden you wake up with this monster and you're like, okay, this is not exactly how I had envisioned ah my life being. And, you know, when you're building a business, you're obviously putting a lot of yourself into it.

And you're, you you you know, there are trade offs, right with your time and and what you're putting into it. So I really want this podcast to be about breaking down those core steps.

And I really feel like the dream business framework has three phases. And on this podcast, I'm going to talk about all three of these phases because I am definitely passionate about each of them.
Phases of Business Growth

So let's start off here with talking about phase one. So phase one is about proving it's possible. This is where you go from maybe making no money to ten k a month.

And in this phase, it's really important. These are the three core things that you need to get really, really clear on is who is your dream client? What is that dream offer for them? And then how to build that dream audience.

When you do those three things, you're going to hit 10K per month consistently, no problem. Then we move into phase two. And I would, you know, argue, arguably say that building predictability and going from 10K to 30K is the most life changing because all of a sudden, i remember having this realization that i will never have to work for anyone else again.

I had that moment of like complete clarity. Now that's not to say since then I haven't, you know, felt the entrepreneurial roller coaster of like, oh, should I be doing this? Should I get off the train? You know, like all the ups and downs that come with it. But I remember very distinctively having that feeling of I will never need to work for someone else again.

So in this stage, we're focusing on the dream lead funnel. We're focusing on how to launch properly. and We're focusing on the core mechanisms that really dial in how to teach your audience what they need to know.

Then we move into phase three. And this is where you go from 30k to 100k. And this is scaling what works. And you know, funny enough, like this jump from 30k to 100k.

It was actually the easiest because all you have to do at that point is you're just putting fuel on the fire. And this is really where you dial in your dream systems, ah traffic and events.

And so you definitely don't need to do everything all at once. You just need to know what to do right now. And so that's why i am passionate about sharing the the dream business framework.
