Speaker: Welcome to the AIC 120. Give us two minutes and we'll give you the news. I'm the MTN Cap Display at Walmart. Dave and Eric are out. Ch -ch -ch -chella. Chella Toys showed off the first two prototypes for their bone -crushing Jax BCA tribute line, the Blue Meanie and Brian Clark.
Speaker: They will be joined by Ultimo Dragon and Sunny Onu later this year. Along with those announcements, they also revealed that former WWE Women's Champ Gail Kim will be coming to their Hasbro WWF tribute line as well as their uncensored 7 -inch modern line.
Speaker: Variants detected. McFarlane Toys announced an array of variants for both the DC Multiverse and Mortal Kombat lines, including an unmasked Batwoman and Meltdown Blight from Batman Beyond, an unmasked Drifter Bruce Wayne from the upcoming Matt Reeves, The Batman, and a bloody Joker and bloody Kotal Kahn from Mortal Kombat 11. Speaker: Will the show go on? Lastly, the New York Post is reporting that while the 2022 New York Toy Fair is still scheduled to run from February 19th through the 22nd at the Javits Center, retailers Amazon, Walmart, and Target, along with Toymakers, Hasbro, Jazzwares, and MGA Entertainment have pulled out of the show. It remains to be seen if more will follow suit, and of course, stay tuned here as the story develops. This has been your AIC 120.
