Can Arnold talk his beetle-booted buddy out of his delusion? The ever-charming Olga is back in “Big Sis,” only this time, she’s taken Lila under her wing. Helga barely has time to revel in her newfound distance from her sister before she develops a jealousy for Little Miss Perfect, threatening the already tenuous bond Helga feels for her older sister.
