As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, her clientele varies from adjusting to Life Transitions, Stress & Anxiety, Women's Issues, Burnout Prevention, Self-esteem, Communication, Assertiveness, Healing from Superwoman Syndrome, Personal Development, and desire to be Emotionally Healthy. In the Fall of 2020, Shayla released HEY Sis, a 40-day journal of daily encouragement and self-reflection as a companion to work that she does with modern millennial women.
