Ep 52: Healing from Sexual Abuse (& Why You Don't Have To Force Healing)

Sexual abuse is real and needs to be handled gently. Join Amanda this week as she talks about how to handle abuse through validating the pain and emotions. Instead of forcing yourself to move on or push through, try working with yourself, your partner, and your creator.
