WNBA Free Agency Frenzy

In a thrilling Game 1 of the WNBA Finals, the Las Vegas Aces, led by the dynamic trio of Chelsea Gray, Jackie Young, and Kelsey Plum, celebrated Chelsea Gray's upcoming 31st birthday with a pre-game dance and a spectacular performance on the court. These three talented guards put on a show, combining for a whopping 72 points that led the Aces to a convincing 99-82 victory over the New York Liberty. It wasn't just an ordinary game; it had star power too, with famous faces like Tom Brady in the crowd, adding to the excitement.

Both teams started strong, and even though they had a break leading up to the game, there was no sign of rustiness in the first half. But here's where the Aces truly shone: they've become known for their second-half comebacks, and this game was no exception. Despite trailing 49-46 at halftime, they orchestrated one of the most memorable comebacks in WNBA playoff history.

Gray, Young, and Plum, who've clearly built a strong bond over the seasons, displayed incredible chemistry on the court. Their defense was on point too, making life difficult for the Liberty's Sabrina Ionescu and Courtney Vandersloot, with the Aces nailing an incredible 11 of 12 contested shots when guarded by them. It was a game to remember, and the Aces' guard trio made sure of it! 🏀🎉
