One podcast idea somehow turned into plans for a whole media empire-and Charles is okay with that. In Episode 7, Kelly shares where her ideas are taking her, finding room for big dreams while appreciating the life she's already built.

Kelly Whooo? Episode 7 - One Idea Led to Another and Here I Am

What are we really saving the good stuff for? After a trip to Phoenix, I’m reflecting on longtime friendships, honest conversations, and the joy of simply sitting with someone you love. This episode is a reminder to move beyond “one of these days” and make room for the people and moments that matter.

I Am Not Saving The Good Stuff Anymore

Every friendship has a reason and a season—and some last a lifetime. In this episode of Kelly Whooo?, I share personal stories about friendships that faded, relationships I chose to leave, and a longtime friend who still feels like home. We’re talking about trust, honesty, room to be yourself, and how to recognize whether you’re enjoying a friendship today or holding on to what it used to be.

Every Friendship Has a Reason and a Season and Some Last a Lifetime

Are you always the one calling, checking in, and keeping the relationship going? In this episode of Kelly Whooo?, I talk about showing up for people who don’t show up for me, the guilt of stepping back—especially with family—and learning to leave room for someone else to make the effort.

I Keep Showing Up for People Who Don't Show Up for Me

When was the last time you asked yourself what you wanted-not what your husband wants, your children need, your job requires, or everyone else expects from you?

Fir many Grown Women, the answer isn’t as simple as it should be,

In this episode of Kelly Whooo?, I’m talking about the moment I realized I had stopped asking myself that question-and what it took to start answering it again.

From realizing I had become an option instead of a priority, to leaving a marriage, starting over, navigating unexpected career changes, and eventually creating a life where my wants mattered too, this episode is about finding yourself again without blowing up the life you’ve built.

So, Grown Woman, I’m asking you:

What do YOU want now?

When Did I Stop Asking Myself What I Wanted?

What do you do when you’re working hard, but nobody can see the change yet?

In Episode 2, I’m sharing the beginning of my weight loss journey. I started in October 2024, and by Thanksgiving I had lost 15 pounds. I was proud of myself, even though the progress wasn’t visible to anyone else yet. That holiday taught me something: I could enjoy the food, make choices that felt right for me, and keep going afterward.

We’ll talk about consistency, celebrating the progress only you can see, and staying committed even when other people fall off or try to discourage you. If you’ve been waiting for proof that your effort is working, this conversation is for you.

You don’t have to tell the world where you started. Just start. You can tell them later.

Welcome to Kelly Whooo? - a podcast about life, love, lessons, laughter, and all the versions of ourselves we become along the way.

I’m Kelly, and I’ve been a soldier, a wife, a mother, a business owner, a friend, and a woman who has learned that life rarely goes exactly according to plan. And at this great age, I’m still discovering who I am - and who I’m becoming.

Each episode brings real stories and honest conversations about marriage, motherhood, friendships, family, major weight loss, business, reinvention, getting older, starting over, and those moments that make you stop and ask, “Wait…whooo am I now?”

Sometimes it’ll be funny. Sometimes it’ll get personal. Sometimes we may go somewhere I didn’t expect.

Because this isn’t a podcast about having life figured out.

It’s about having lived enough life to finally tell the stories.

This is Kelly Whooo?

And trust me-you don’t know the whole store yet.
