I am on a mission to share emowering birth stories and motherhood inspiration from women around the world who have tapped into their self-trust and intuition in birth, motherhood and through life's big transitions.

This podcast is about Reclaiming the Power of Your Intuition - wherever you are in your journey as a woman, and a mother, on this planet:

- or, if you’re pregnant and planning an unmedicated, uninterrupted, empowering birth, in the safety and comfort of your own home

- or if you’re navigating the trials and tribulations as a new or experienced mother;

There's a growing number of us who are feeling the call to tap into our inner wisdom, internal guidance systems while simultaneously yearning to grow a deeper sense of authentic community around us (whether that's virtually or physically) to help us navigate the emotional and psychological realities our lives.

For too long, we've been told to look outward [to the experts] for guidance on how to do life and on the "right way" to do things: how to give birth; how to parent our children; how to run our businesses; how to follow a career path & vocation. We've been told, both inadvertently and deliberately, that we shouldn't trust our bodies and our intuition, but rather place our trust in "the system" and in the experts who will provide all the answers & who will "save us".

The truth is – no one will save us. We have to take responsibility for ourselves; our own mental and emotion heath; our spiritual wellbeing; our physical health, and that of our children. Doing so means we can be the best version of ourselves, and show up for our kids and those we love and admire in complete alignment with who we are at our core.

It's time to turn the dial up on following our instincts, listening to that inner voice that has our highest good at heart, and turn down the dial on the inner critic, that is fearful of being judged for following our heart's desires when it comes to our pregnancies, our bodies, our births, and ultimately raising our families.

We are awakening to the bigger picture of why we're all here and we are trying to align to our soul's purpose on this earth.

We are the mothers who are giving birth to and mothering the next generation of children.

We are custodians of this planet, and of the divine feminine power that resides in ALL of us.

We are heeding the call to bring back in balance our masculine & feminine energies.

We are done with the hustle, the overwhelm, the hamster wheel of never stopping, never resting, never slowing down.

We know that it's only once we change ourselves - our inner worlds - that we can restore the balance and harmony in our relationships to each other, to our children, to our communities and to the planet.

It’s time to acknowledge our Becoming – our Awakening – as sovereign, autonomous, soulful and POWERFUL women.
