Joshua Chaires is the Director/Founder of Phantom Detectives LLC. He is a paranormal investigator, writer, researcher, musician, and publicist. Chaires got interested in the supernatural at an early age while watching Unsolved Mysteries with Robert Stack. His interest in the supernatural peaked in 2002 when he had the opportunity to investigate The General Wayne Inn in Marion Station, Pa. Chaires is a 2008 graduate of West Chester University and a future graduate student majoring in Business Administration. In 2014 Chaires co-founded the Summerwind Restoration Society along with Wisconsin paranormal investigator Craig Nehring. Their goal was to use the original blueprints of Summerwind Mansion to restore, rebuild, and relaunch Summerwind Mansion as a museum. With its haunted history Summerwind is known to be one of the most haunted locations in Wisconsin. In August of 2020 Chaires founded Phantom Detectives LLC to help people who were going through paranormal experiences. Using the Paranormal Research Society blue-print Chaires is hoping to build a team of renowned paranormal investigators and is dedicated to helping people that are going through these experiences. Chaires has investigated the Sanderson Museum, Selma Mansion, Mill of Anselma, White Chimneys, The General Wayne Inn, Fort Mifflin, Pennhurst, Smyrna Museum in De, Paoli Battlefield, Gettysburg, Chadds Ford Historical Society, and many other locations. On May 21, 2021 Joshua's future LLC company purchased the rights to the late Art Bell's former affiliate directors news program Dark Matter News. Mr. Chaires was also the former producer of Dr. J Radio Live and Amy on the Radio. Melissa Ferrazzano is the Psychic Medium/Case Manager/Assistant Lead Investigator of Phantom Detectives LLC. She grew up in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Since she was a very young child, Melissa has had experiences with spirits. This continued into her adult life. In addition Melissa would also have premonitions about things that were yet to happen, and finally embraced these abilities. Ferrazzano began studying Mediumship, and Psychic development. She has studied various healing modalities such as shamanic healing, crystal healing, emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping, remote viewing, past life regression therapy, and life coaching. Currently Melissa holds certificates in Psychic and Advanced Mediumship development, and recently studied Advanced Mediumship under Psychic Medium Cindy Kaza from the show “the Holzer Files. At this point in time she continues to take courses to improve in her development. Melissa also owns her own business as a Psychic-Medium and Life Coach. This is where she conducts face-to-face and virtual readings for clients. With her background being in the administrative and accounting field Melissa has spent the last few years as a full-time homeschooling special-needs parent. Alessio Avezzano - Producer and Director of Midgies

Alessio is a UK-based filmmaker recognized for his award-winning work and viral videos.

Born in Italy, and raised in Glasgow, Alessio began his career as a self-shooting documentary director. He then went on to gain popularity with his YouTube sketch series, "Mamahuhu," after which he became an established commercial director, working with notable brands such as Irn Bru, Ikea, BMW, Range Rover, Bacardi, Leica, and Porsche.

Alessio's commercial work was predominant until 2022, when he made his television debut as the writer and director of the BBC sitcom, "Islelanders." The pilot went on to win 'Best in Writing' at the Stareable Pilot Festival 2023 in NYC.

Formed in 2021 by David Patrick following the sudden and unexpected death of a friend and coworker of his, Til Death? Investigations was established by the means of seeking answers that would or could not be answered anymore by the living. By assistance of his wife, Melinda Marshall, the two founded what would soon become a new YouTube series and now just recently released, Til Death's first feature film, "Remember".

Along the way, David turned to his longtime friend, TJ Larry and his wife, Nikki, to join the team and without hesitation, Til Death? Investigations. By the time the crew went to start filming their pilot episode, two more members joined the crew with Ed DuVall and Amber Jean, who's interest in the paranormal and skill sets of videography, photography, and writership, the founding members of Til Death? Investigations were now underway to look into the answers of the afterlife and presenting it to a worldwide audience.

Now going into filming their third season of their series, Til Death has gained the membership of Kimmy Sue, Chris Bixby, and most recently, Virginia based Spiritual Medium, Anna Brandimarte.

Nicole Trabelsi – Lead Investigator Nicole has always had an innate love of the paranormal. Born in MA, she grew up afraid to sleep in her room till the age of thirteen, because a shadow figure would follow her around from the young age of two. Until recently, she blocked that memory out. Nicole believes that distinctive event is what led to her pursuit of uncovering the unknown. Since childhood life’s biggest questions festered in Nicole’s mind. What happens when we die? Is there a God? Are ghosts real? Those questions coupled with the inevitability of death and the fear that goes with it are the reasons Nicole began her team, Unveiling Paranormal, with co-lead Lisa Arberg. Unveiling Paranormal, originating in southeast Florida, has investigated some of the state’s biggest hot spots; from the Gold Coast Railroad Museum in Miami to the May Stringer House in Bradenton, to The Old Hamilton County Jail of Jasper, and many more. In January of 2023 they spent the night at the infamous Conjuring house as a collaborative investigation. In August 2024 Lisa Arberg moved to New Jersey, and Unveiling welcomed John Prink to the team; a seasoned investigator specializing in residentials. John and Nicole are still new to working with each other and have only investigated the Lake Worth Playhouse and The Gold Coast Railroad Museum. Thus far, their partnership has been professional, knowledgeable, respectful and drama-free. Unveiling Paranormal is still looking for two more team members, as they are starting from scratch. Also, coming soon, they’ve booked other venues and are excited to continue the work they’ve started. John Prink – Lead Investigator Hailing from New York City, John had a 29-year career as a police officer, deputy sheriff/deputy coroner, detective and criminal investigator between NYC and the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to his law enforcement career, John spent just over six years in the United States Coast Guard serving aboard cutters patrolling the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. John always had a penchant for the supernatural and paranormal. While living in NYC and Long Island, he lived in multiple haunted apartments and his childhood home was haunted as well. After retiring from police work in 2015 John went on a ghost hunt with a local paranormal team in Alameda, CA and was instantly hooked! After moving to Florida in 2016 he began doing more research on paranormal investigations and watched as many paranormal investigative shows as he could stand. He was a team member at the Orlando-based paranormal investigations group Blood Moon Paranormal focused primarily on residential investigations. A profound experience as a Solano County, California Coroner’s Investigator in the mid-2000’s, led to him writing an episode for the Canadian television show “Paranormal Emergency”. He pitched the idea to the Canadian Television Production Company who produced the show in 2018 and ultimately filmed it in Miami, Florida, and Ontario, Canada about the case. Answering a call by Dave Schrader from the Holzer Files and Ghosts of Devil’s Perch, Dave invited John to be on his show The Paranormal 60 in October of 2022, detailing his coroner’s investigator’s experience. John periodically went on paranormal investigations and recently teamed up with Nicole Trabelsi of Unveiling Paranormal, a south Florida based paranormal investigative group focused on commercial locations and bigger venue investigations. When not ”ghost hunting” with Nicole, John can be found in his home gym, his pool, on his Triumph motorcycle, or driving his vintage Porsche, or playing drums in one of his two bands. John also has acting, modeling, film and TV credits to his name, appearing in Paranormal Emergency in 2018, a 2015 Hollywood-produced film “Running Wild”, 2024 films Shadows and Wedlock produced locally in Brevard County, Florida, appearances on KVYN radio in Napa, and the “Screw Pop Culture” radio show in Hollywood, California as well as television
