Dhiraj Hariramani is the founder of LearnIt, an Ontario-based organization helping students gain real-world skills often missing in traditional classrooms. Born in Kampala, Uganda, Dhiraj began teaching tech at orphanages at 14, sparking his passion for education and equity.

After moving to Canada to study at UBC, he launched LearnIt to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical skills. LearnIt partners with schools across Ontario, offering workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship, and public speaking—delivered by professionals from top companies like Google, Deloitte, and Accenture.

Sheida is the co-founder and COO of Flowjin, a fast-growing platform helping founders and marketers turn long-form content into high-performing social posts, ads, and sales assets. Since launching Flowjin in late 2022—just after arriving in Canada—Sheida has grown the platform to over 100,000 users in more than 50 countries.

Before Flowjin, she ran a business design studio in Iran, and today, she’s not only building a global brand but also proudly earned her first Canadian dollar through her own business.

Priscilla is the founder of Next Step and an experienced career mentor with over 20 years in Human Resources. Priscilla reached the position of HR Manager in a Fortune 100 company in the United States, leading HR for multiple manufacturing sites: a space still largely male-dominated.

As a Brazilian, a woman, and an immigrant, she overcame significant challenges that shaped her deep understanding of what truly drives career growth.

Through international certifications, two master’s degrees, and years of mentoring professionals across industries, Priscilla now helps others grow faster and position themselves for the roles and salaries  they deserve. Her work focuses on strategic positioning, relational intelligence, and building the mindset needed to succeed in competitive environments.

Sanjeev is the founder of CareFrame, a startup focused on accelerating research in healthcare. He is a dental graduate with a Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.

During his education at University of Michigan, he worked in the Engagement Team of the Project Learning Health System at the University of Michigan Third Century Initiatives as a research associate. They presented their work at the 48th Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences.

Sanjeev holds a patent for the application of autoencoder neural networks to medication administration records, aiding in identifying drug diversion by floor nurses.

Motivated by the potential of scaling clinical research with GenAI led to the inception of CareFrame.
