The Women of Color Consulting and Professional Services (tentative on the name)  podcast aims to provide education, support, and empowerment to women of color who are in the process of transitioning mid-career to consulting and/or professional services.

Our goal is to help you expand your skill sets, navigate unique challenges and projects, fulfillment and purpose, and ultimately increase your salary and benefits.

Despite this, it is a career that can offer unique challenges and significant rewards.  Adrienne, with over 15 years of experience, will share her personal experiences and insights into various career paths available in this industry. Adrienne's professional experience includes working with Accenture, consulting boutique firms, Saas Professional Services, and providing her own project and implementation consulting services. Alongside an Electrical Engineering degree, she has completed an MBA from Emory University Executive program and holds a certification in Project Management Professional.
