The renowned Udo Erasmus, co-founder of the Udo's Choice line, who can be found in Whole Foods and other health food stores worldwide, joins us in this episode. Udo developed flax oil, a multibillion-dollar industry, and designed the machinery for producing oils with health in mind. Udo made the decision to take control of his health, so he started doing research. As a result of his discoveries, he developed a love for discovering the answers to the big problems in life, which he hoped would one day bring him and the rest of the world peace.
